room is quite tiny . No refregeater. location is good！

酒店位置距離Basel車站約10-15分步程，其中有一段路為斜路，推著行李上或落都頗為辛苦。前台職員整體是友善的，房間尚算濶落乾淨，但空調實在是有等於無般存在。

总的还不错，就是联系酒店没有得到任何回复。

Hotel was nice but after staying for 5 days my work colegue and I wanted to checkout 2 days early and see another city. The hotel refused to provide any credit of any type, I am very dissatisfied with this outcome.

Everything was fine but csrpark is small and expensive. They are not flexible about car parking hours, even i paid overnight rate despite entering 11pm they asked me to take my car latest 3pm next day.

Rooms was clean has mini bar but you have to ask for drinks. Staff helpful says parking 32 Swiss francs a night. Breakfast was generic nothing special air con was weak. Toilet in rooms right next to door so you have to go in and then close door and have your leg touching door…

No AC. Room stuffy. Otherwise lovely.

Rent och fräscht med bra frukost och ok sängar samt AC. Riktigt bra var att hotellet bjöd på gratis kommunikation med spårvagnar och bussar under hela boendevistelsen så man verkligen hade möjlighet att se sig om ordentligt.

Staff were excellent. Best breakfast. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning did not work at all. There was not a pull out sofa as called out in the room details, it was a small pull out chair, which was not even twin size and very uncomfortable. No bedding provided for the pull out until requested, even though the staff was aware of the 3rd person in our room before check in. Parking area smells of sewage and there is no access via elevator from the parking area to inside the building, you have to walk up the ramp with your luggage outside and then into the lobby area of the hotel. Will not be staying here again, not worth the cost.

The gentleman who check me in rushed me on, failing to properly lookup my membership, stating I should figure it out.

The breakfast was excellent and varies, something for everyone. Exactly what I expect of a Radisson Blue and why I choose to stay at them whenever possible. The pool was also nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel was in a good location and pleasantly appointed, however the carpets in the hallways have several major worn spots and need replacement / repaired. If you happen to get room 316 please note, if you are a large person the washroom is difficult to enter. The door hits the toilet and only can be opened at most 2/3rds of the way. This made for a difficult entry and could be a potential safety hazard. For example if you had a nedical episode while on the toilet no one would be able to enter and assist. Major failing marks for this.

Breakfast had good variation, but the letdown was the pool only being available one day of 3 of the days I was there for maintenance.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast available at a cost

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla, käyty useamman kerran. Palvelut muuten erinomaista brändin tasoa, mutta tällä kertaa odottaa niin erikoislaatuinen yllätys, että on varoitettava kaikkia majoittujia sisäänkirjautumisesta. Muun normiprotokollan keskellä kysytään, mitä minibaariin pitäisi pistää. Vastaan ohimennen, että vaikka valkoviiniä ja chipsejä. Majoittumisen jälkeen koittaa yllätys: pöytä kannetaan täyteen tavaraa, jonka alkuperä on täysin käsittämätön: iso viinipullo (olisi viikon annos), sokerilimonaadia ja eksoottinen sekoitus pähkinöitä. Jos nämä olisi todella tilattu ja nautittu, diabeetikko-allergikolle olisi tullut ambulanssimatka. Reklamaatiossa ja palautuksessa on vaivansa, joten jää vain ihmettelemään, voiko tällä tavoin myydä tavalliselle turistille mitä vain?

AC didn’t work on our room which was the main reason we left another hotel. The man at the front desk was a bit aloof and I had to ask 3 times for help, and he finally got us another room. No help was provided for our move and we’re older patrons. We had to move ourselves including 2 sets of stairs being the only access to the new room. Close to restaurants and transportation and in a safe area. Beds comfortable. Carpet on halls a bit worn. Nice lobby for an inner city hotel.

Desayuno excelente. Poca luz en la habitación pero amplia y limpia. El domingo por la tarde cueeran bae a las 17.30. Muy buena ubicación
