Good breakfast, but worse bathroom

Probably the worst hotel I have ever experienced! No valet, and self-parking wasn't easy, it involved driving up a VERY narrow street to turn around in a dead end, then driving around the block to park yourself. What was worse is there was NO ONE to help with luggage. The pool area was run-down and dirty, the balcony railings were made of cardboard, the neighborhood was run-down and shady, and the woman at the front desk was less than helpful. Unable to give any information regarding restaurants or food. We were only there for one night as we wanted to be close to the airport for our flight the next day, but I regret not doing more research. We weren't looking for fancy, but clean and good service would have been great!

O hotel estava em obra , a piscina estava fechada. O café da manhã estava excelente, o quarto é confortável, tem estacionamento

Estaba en obras, mucho ruido

Desde las 5 de la mañana gente gritando y dando golpes por los pasillos. Increible

The staff was really nice, the room was fine. Breakfast was good, lots of varity. Even for us with gluten/lactose there was a few option.

Rent, fräscht hotell. Inget att sakna. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Vi valde det som extra och det var ett bra val. Poolområdet var rent och välskött. Många solstolar och badlakan ingick. Bar att handla från under dagtid. Hotellet låg bra till mellan stränder och Palma. Bra kommunikationer i närheten.

Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Quiet area and the hotel has a really nice pool and pool bar. The rooms have balconies and the beds are super comfy. Great location too, just a 5 minute walk from the beach!
