该酒店是全盘接管了原华美达(RAMADA)，内部装修已经非常陈旧了，所以亟待装饰改造。 但是交通，停车都很方便，房间也很大。

原来的华美达旅行酒店接手的，未做装修改造，比较陈旧了，除了床铺还可以，其他都该翻新装修了。

Needs more renovation

The AC worked but was alarming to even touch anything. it was so dirty in the hotel and the room. When i checked in the room was not ready. Then I noticed no towels i paid for 4 guests was given 3 towels only. They were so thin. Poop smeared on the bathroom wall. when i tried to shower next morning the water would not get hot enough. Pizza sauce smeared all over the fridge door handle. the carpet was not vacuumed and the sheets had marks on them.

Room was gross and falling apart. Bathroom was dirty. Paid waaaaay too much for such a gross stay.

Was a bit confusing pulling up the sign said Ramada then in tiny letters said it had a name change definitely older building blanket had rips

Price point was good and location is perfect

Works for a brief stay in the city. It’s a dated building and could use some renovation love, but the bed sheets were clean and the staff were helpful

Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Great location right across from train. But the hotel was so rundown and just gross. The beds thankfully were clean.

The room looked like it was in the midst of renovations. Holes in the walls and bathtub. Electrical outlets not covered. Door would not lock and would only close when slammed. Paint stains all over carpet. Parking was very limited Very disappointed considering price was over $300 for one night.

Very run down crusty motel. Mattress had a huge crater, teeny pillows (throw pillow size) on a king bed. Bathroom fan sounds like it's ready for takeoff. Only one facecloth. Weird nailed shut patio door.

Okay for a cheap hotel. Clean. Friendly staff, hot water for shower iffy.

Rooms are very old. Did some painting, but then thats all you can smell in the room.

Room was not very clean, looked like there was stuff not vacuumed in the corner one towel had mud remnants on it ( like washed and never came out and the sheets had what looked to be blood on them. When I let the staff know there was no apology just a ok.... an apology would have gone a lot farther for me. Hot water did not last long when trying to have a shower like less then 5 mins. Beds were fine. Pool was good just very small ( hot tub max 5 people and pool max 9 people If i remember correctly) Check in was fine, told about WIFI, pool times, check out times but not really how to get to our room. We were told where we could park so that we could see our car. Check out was harder to find staff and took a few mins ( checked out right at 11) this is where I let staff know that we found mud/blood and received not much response to the comment

Over all was good at affordable price but they could have better job on cleaning and emptying the trash on time etc.

I spilled a SMALL amount of cherry juice from eating cherries onto the blanket, sheet, and pillowcase. The hotel said they would charge me $50 EACH ($150 Total) for these three items, which were old and crusty to begin with. BEWARE!
