前台那位男員工（叫Be…son）態度很差，一點也不熱情。我明明訂的是無菸房，但我的房間和樓層都有一股難聞的煙味，像是有人在抽煙。

在這裡住了一晚，房間很不錯，也很寬敞，電梯附近還有飲水機，這很方便，因為眾所周知，香港的飲用水很貴。

性價比超高！想像一下，您入住的房間非常寬敞，配備兩張大床、浴缸以及所有免費設施。他們甚至還提供無限暢飲的飲用水。香港性價比最高的住宿選擇！

前台接待員May女士非常好，允許我們提前入住，非常感謝！飯店房間在香港來說很大很現代，步行即可到達巴士站和地鐵站。

飯店很好，但是大廳裡沒有電源插座。幫手機充電要付費，我也接受了，但那天不知什麼原因，我連個充電寶都租不到。

工作人員非常友善熱情，樂於助人。房間乾淨寬敞，足夠3個大人和2個小孩入住。

房間有異味，而且非常小，與描述不符。事先已告知需繳稅費，床墊很硬，我絕對不會再來了。

飯店不錯，乾淨，空調涼爽，交通便利，靠近地鐵站、巴士站、便利商店和餐飲場所。

Very clean; Plenty of bus routes near the hotel. Only 20 minutes to the Lady Market; Sneaker Market. Recommended.

It was easy to check in and the place is near to the MTR and other restaurants. The room also fit my family, it was nice and comfortable, the AC is cold, and the shower has hot water. Everything was good, will sure come back again when we go to Hongkong.

Menginap di Regal Oriental Hotel cukup menyenangkan. Lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan halte bus, stasiun MTR Sung Wong Toi dan Kowloon City

Close to the bus station, nice room, and the receptionists can speak English.
