Lo unico malo fue la mala experiencia del check in, donde nos dan la habitacion y al ir no se podia abrir, regreso al mostrador y me dicen la señorita que va para haya seguridad y que tengonque estar ahi, 30 minutos y nadie llega, las maletas y nosotros afiera de la habitafion con ropa de ciudad vuelvo a regresar y la otra señorita del moatrqdor me dice es que ahi cambio de turnoby pues si me moleste , ese estema interno y no tengo yonpornque salir afectado, entonces cambienme de habitacion. Pues valla con atencion al huesped. Donde Ricardo Rivera de inmediato me llevo ala habitacion y le marco a seguridad para que fueran abrir la habitacion siendo que nos habian dado tarjetas y tenia que ser pulsera y que no era la unica ocasion que las señoritas se equivocaban. Gracias a Ricardo Rivera que me soluciono rapido para poder entrar a la habitacion.

Really enjoyed our time here! The gym was nice and everything was clean. Staff was super helpful and kind.

Definitely a budget resort but not bad if you're okay with that. We had some leaks in the room that were coming from the air conditioner or from the roof. Tv did not work but that was okay since we weren't really there to watch TV. Lots of food and it was pretty good but nothing incredible. Super nice access to beach and two nice pools. Biggest complaint would be that it was farther from downtown playa del Carmen than I thought. It's inside a gated community so you can't really walk to downtown. However, there were some cute little walkable shops nearby. Adorable creatures like agouti and igunas. The taxi staff was super helpful. There wasn't a concierge to help you plan trips, they could only help you book trips that were pre-arranged through their sister business. Overall for the price it was good, but if I had a little more to spend I'd probably choose to stay somewhere closer to more activities.

Très bien pour le prix Points forts Café et boissons excellents, activités et proximité, des sites, sécuritaire, plage sable blanc avec palmiers, hammac privé et balcon privé Points faibles A 41 degrés air clim pas assey forte...restaurants à la carte fermés ou impossibles d'avoir des places. Pas de machines pour avoir du change...pas de change à la réception...

Hotel cumple muy bien. Personal muy simpático y servicial. Desayuno con opciones variadas, aunque los panes y pasteleira me parecieron médio secos. Habitacion limpia. Buena localizacion. En el dia de salida la casa de cortesia fue de gran ayuda.

Location of the property is great and grounds well kept. However, I had to change my room three times. Hot water went out AC leaking, smells like mole. Definitely needs upgrades. Not as advertised. After the being there for 4 nights, it was difficult trying to get washcloths in the room. Most of the front desk staffers were very abrupt, rude and condescending. They didn't take the time to understand your needs or go out the way to address issues. Waiters were amazing. They made us smile and laugh at mealtime. Great hospitality l will always remember. I will not recommend or go back.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. What I liked most was the overall cleanliness and the helpful service. The property was quiet and conveniently located. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to other travellers.

Ok - I am usually the person that keeps her opinions to herself - BUT!!!! Im a single mom of 3 and spent our whole summer budget to take the kids on this vacation (before I had surgery this Monday on my shoulder and am now pretty much bed bound). This was the worst experience we have ever had at a resort. It started day 1 - I booked a partial ocean view room - for which I begged - and was given 3801 - after they “tried” and was supposed to be a great room. NO!!!!! It has no AC!!! After many phone calls to service desk and two trips from their “maintenance worker” - she and front desk tried to convince me that this is just the way the whole resort is and our room was just fine. Let me also say they literally locked our ac controls - so I couldn’t DO ANYTHING!! We ventured outside and spoke with other residents from hotel who said their rooms were icy cold. Soo at 10 pm with 3 kids after traveling all day I demanded to switch rooms - which we did …. The ac was finally working and I thought things would turn around - but wait - when we flushed our toilet - literal poop came out of our shower bottom - no joke!!!!! So there as pipe problems - which they eventually fixed - and then the power went out …. That’s just the room problems- Food - wasn’t good - not much variety - could barely get into a restaurant (they said 5? Only 1-2 were open each night) no room service - the fridge in room was not cold - and I had to call and ask any time we needed room cleaned)

This is our second time staying here and we LOVE IT. The staff is amazing and the customer service is top notch. They make sure you always have a drink in your hand, even in the pool! We absolutely love staying here.

Supervisor de restaurantes FERNANDA de tematicas a la carta mal educada.no resuelven problemas en el acto,gerente de hotel deja bastante que desear por su actitud y encima haciendo entender que la culpa es del HUESPED en vez de entrenar bien a sus empleados para que den la informacion correcta en check in.no es tanto pedir

On the first day we had an issue with our rooms air conditioning and only luke warm water for the shower. It took a little bit to convince them to change our room. But once we got into our new room which was even better cause of the location it was in we were fine. The food was good. One main restaurant with a buffet had a different theme every night. For me i prefer at least one restaurant have a variety of food every night. I would go there again.

Clean rooms/ good food/ great beach space! The only challenges I had involved a very uncomfortable bed- the bed was so hard, I actually had sore hips from sleeping on my sides. The other challenge was that drinks weren't served until 11am. Sure, you can get a mimosa at breakfast, but when on vacation in Mexico. I start my day with an Ojo Rojo 😂 But seriously, the buffet was AMAZING - we didn't even need to visit the themed restaurants - lots of options for all meals and it was all good quality. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff provided extras when needed. Overall, a good vacation spot- would definitely go back!

If you want to forgot about the reality and have a wonderful vacation, Allegro is for you! We had our vacation on April 2026. Everything was excellent! Services, food, staff, territory, rooms, beach, animation!!! They deserve 10 stars! The most impressive: very friendly personal, very tasty food, kayaking and sailboat for free!!!! The waitresses serve you even on a beach with sneaks and cocktails. 20 min walk to the center of the city. The beach is big and clean in 1 min walk. Very green territory! I can talk unlimited how good Allegro is! In one word - I felt like I was in paradise!
