The room had A/C and very nice. However, the breakfast time is a little short. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

The most valuable asset of a hotel is its staff. And Hotel Ilaria has a treasure! Congratulations!

Service av ypperste klasse! Svært serviceinnstilt og vennlig personale. De tok oss imot da vi sjekket inn nærmere midnatt med et smil og kald drikke. Frokosten var utsøkt. Personalet ved frokosten var hyggelige og raske til å servere kaffe. Hotellets tilstand bærer preg av at det ligger i en gamleby og er et eldre bygg. Renhold kunne vært utført bedre på badet, særlig dusjen, alternativt restaurering av dusjen. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake for servicen, frokosten og den koselige gamlebyen!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean air conditioned rooms. Nothing but praise for this hotel conveniently located at the entrance to the walled town proper. Added bonus - free prosceco between 5- 7 in reception area!

Everything was Great! Easy parking, nice Staff, ok breakfaste.

Hotel amenities are spectacular. Bikes were available and breakfast and happy hour were all wonderful! Great location to be inside the walls but not in the middle of the chaos and tourist.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately it was oy for one night as we were just using it as a stopover as we were getting in on a late flight. I think we will go back to Lucca for another visit as it was lovely - and if we do we will stay here again. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and nice, the location was great - and the breakfast was also really good.

The staff were wonderful and the location ideal! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room was small with basic amenities.

Lækkert hotel inden for bymuren ved den gamle bykerne. Alt Personalet var super flinke og så var der fri eftermiddags bar med øl og vand. Super morgenmad med fantastisk kaffe. Vi kom med tog fra Pisa super nemt.

The room was very clean and modern. The onsite parking was a big plus because it's in the ZTL. The use of the bikes was fun and super convenient. The staff helpful and gave us maps and directions. The breakfast was quite large and varied. Coffee was quite good and the staff capable and prompt. A little happy hour at 5 was nice with beer, wine and aperol spritz.

Rigtig dejligt hotel, meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale døgnet rundt. Beliggenheden er super god. En meget god oplevelse og vi vender helt sikkert tilbage til det hotel.
