The lady at check in could have made the process a little easier. She made a big deal out of explaining the parking situation, and kept asking for my parking ticket when another person at the counter said it was not necessary.

Staff is always courteous and helpful! This visit Vi and Trish were very helpful to me! It is staff like them which makes me repeat my stay there

This was a wonderful property. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. It was clean, quiet, walk to many attractions in Chattanooga. The food available was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just can’t say enough.

The corner room was spacious & clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. We were on the second level. The street noise was very loud all night. The scenic view expected wasn't there. I should have asked for a higher floor when booking. Overall good experience and would stay here again, but ask for a room with a better view and not so close to the street level.

It was great! The pillows and beds were incredibly comfortable! The shower water got hot and the pressure was amazing! The view of the water was peaceful! Loved having serval places to eat with in walking distance! We went for the aquarium and it was right across the way as well!! Just wish coffee was available all day ( besides room coffee)
