The room we were given first was not cleaned. Sheets were slept in and towels were still dirty on the floor. Given a 2nd room and the reading lights in the bed didnt work and there was a hole in the wall where an outlet used to be.

We stayed four days and housekeeping never came, no fresh towels. All employees were very kind and friendly. The hotel was pretty clean for being under construction but the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and had to be pulled back on several times throughout stay. Breakfast area was well kept and delicious.

This stay could be summed up : if it could go wrong, it did go wrong. Our first room was musty smelling and had no TV reception. A so-called maintenance man came to check on it, said he knew what was wrong and would be back; an hour and a half later never returned. The front desk moved us to another room, but the TV remote batteries were dead; had to replace them. In the shower the soap dispenser was empty. In trying to get some ice for our water bottles, ice machine empty. This will be our last stay here.And the room we were moved to was by the side entrance, so every one’s comings and goings were heard all night. And the first room had filthy carpet with pet stains and mold in the bathroom tub. All in all, a disaster!

Ants in our bathroom, uncomfortable beds, ants on table at breakfast. Staff did not keep food refilled at breakfast. Surprising experience for the price.

This hotel is very convenient - right off 95. Tons of restaurants, stores, gas, etc. However this place is old, tired, and quite frankly dirty. The lobby and elevators looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The room was just ok- very musty, the sofa looked about a decade old and I wouldn’t touch it. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The room had only 1 towel and half used roll of toilet paper. There are a ton of hotels off 95. This one isn’t worth the stay.

This place was right off of the interstate and less than five minutes to the SportsCenter. The outside may look a little dated, but the inside has been renovated and it’s clean and modern. The lobby closes from 930AM until 12PM on the weekends to “clean and sanitize” after breakfast which was a major inconvenience.

One floor lamp. Little led lights on headboards. One didn’t work( they’re new). One reg coffee one decaf…cheap! No notepad, no pen. Moved tv to sleeping area…why? Other than that, great!

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was great. Only downfall is the air conditioning did not seem to be very efficient in our room. Besides that, everything was excellent and we would book again!

Overall, this was a good experience, and I would stay there again. We had three adults in the room, but an insufficient number of bath linens which I had to go to the desk to get. It appeared that the side door, which was supposed to be opened with a room key, was ajar/open 24/7. The breakfast was better than adequate.

In your room you could NOT control the air conditioner and it would fluctuate to very low during the night in up to 100 degrees weather outside. The TV’s were old and the remotes didn’t always work and there was no WiFi code to access and the system went down for streaming apps and we were told at the front desk there was nothing they could do. I will not stay there again. It’s not worth the money I spend.

Staff nice. Walked in room and could see crumbs all over, couch dirty, hair on the couch, big black feather on the bed, hair on the toilet. Ants in the bathroom.. hair in the shower. Sink dirty. Dust all over phone, microwave…. Wall dirty. Never been in a Marriott where the room stinked and was dirty

Check in was slow. Two female clerks talked to each other while we waited to check in. The hallways smelled like smoke. When we got into the room, only one light worked and the TV said no signal. After 2 calls to front desk they answered and said “yeah, cable is down” Not worth the money for a subpar property.

Marriott needs to either hire additional housekeepers or ones who actually do their jobs at this location. The bathroom was gross. It looked like there was dried poop on the floor, so clearly, the floor hadn't been mopped. There was visible black mold/mildew in the corner of the tub. I also had to ask for toilet tissue and hand soap. The bathroom is old and in need of updating & while I can understand Marriott may not want to invest in having it updated, it should be clean.
