Estadia boa, quarto bom mas travesseiro muito alto(pedi outro e veio do mesma jeito) , arrumação dos quartos (nos saíamos e deixamos avisados na portaria 3 vezes ) e nas 3 vezes o quarto foi arrumado só quando chegamos as 16:00 ou 14:00. Chuveiro ótimo, cama boa e café da manhã bom.

The hotel itself is quite decent, with a good location and comfortable conditions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. First, it’s a large establishment, and when I checked in, only one receptionist was on duty, so the process took a surprisingly long time. Second, the room rate wasn’t cheap. Although I received a complimentary soft drink, only two bottles of water were provided for free—the rest came at an extra cost. I find it particularly frustrating when a relatively expensive hotel charges for water. It feels like a low-cost airline approach. What’s next—charging for the air we breathe? Water is as basic as air.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de tudo. Instalações confortáveis, e café da manhã bem variado. Destaque para a equipe, super atenciosa e solícita. Com certeza retornarei.

It’s not even hotel. It’s like condo but bathrooms are very old. First day the water was coming out of the shower so they changed our room and we had to pack and unpack again and wasted some time . Not many things around to do. Good for few days business meeeting maybe but won’t recommend for a family.

Excelente, todos muito atenciosos, quarto limpo, café da manhã muito bom, mas a reposição é um pouco demorada e fila de espera para entrar no salão, dependendo do horário, mas nada que incomode.

JÁ DA PRIMEIRA VEZ A LIMPEZA NÃO ESTAVA BOA MAS DESTA SEGUNDA VEZ FOI MUITO PIOR : PISO MANCHADO E GRUDANDO , MANCHA DE SANGUE NO CHÃO QUE VEIO JÁ DE HOSPEDAGENS ANTERIORES , COPOS QUE UTILIZAMOS PARA TOMAR REMÉDIO E NÃO FORAM TROCADOS E CONTINUARAM USADOS POR 2 DIAS , CAMA EXTREMAMENTE MAL ARRUMADA , ENFIM NO QUESITO LIMPEZA FOI HORRÍVEL ! ESTAVA CONVERSANDO COM MINHA ESPOSA QUE PRETENDEMOS NÃO VOLTAR MAIS NESTE HOTEL POR CONTA DISSO , REALMENTE NÃO NOS SENTIMOS CONFORTÁVEIS NUM AMBIENTE QUE MUITOS UTILIZAM E QUE NÃO SE ENCONTRA HIGIENIZADO ADEQUADAMENTE.

Só tem dois elevadores minúsculos, sendo que um esteve quebrado durante toda a minha estadia (4 dias). Esse único elevador não dava conta da demanda dos hóspedes, que tiveram que utilizar as escadas mesmo em andares altos. Para ter acesso a melhor internet vc é obrigado a se cadastrar no programa do hotel. Mesmo assim, a internet estava falha em um dos dias. Está longe de ser 4 estrelas.

Good hotel, great location and staff, amazing breakfast BUT it needs improvement. The pillows were way too thin and passed their expiry date probably - time to change it for something more firm and thick! Even using multiple pillows, still got a bad neck and reflux. And the internet login is a process from hell. Horrible user friendliness. Do better, Accor!

Quarto bem simples, mas funcional. Tem uma cafeteria ao lado e é localizado em uma rua bastante tranquila.

We checked in to our two bedroom family suite and noticed one of the toilets was not working, and that the shower box was leaking water. We complained and were changed to another room, where the same problems persisted - toilets not working and shower box leaking water. The room was unacceptably dirty. Among the worst hotels I’ve stayed. I’m honestly surprised that Accor would accept this under their brand name.

Excellent staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location is very good. Will stay here again.
