At first it was great. The room we were given was clean, we stayed at 1104, then on the second night, we went out came back at around 9 PM and the room was locked our key card was not working. We called the front desk who told us someone would come look at it but they took 45 mins and we waited outside the room while it was raining the entire tkme. When we went to speak to front desk to request an update and asked to speak to a manager, they told us the manager only worked from 8-5 and was not available on the weekend. The worker opened our door theough the balcony since he couldnt fix it either. They switched us to room 1204 because of the room key situation, but this room did not have a working TV and the phone didnt work either.

I like the hotel

Wonderful check in and easy check out. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff was able to accommodate us.

I liked the pool area and garden.

No fue lo esperado. Instalaciones con formato de Motel. No es correcto tener entradas con vista a la calle y sin accesibilidad fácil. Personal de atención poco cálido. Muy descuidado su espacio junto al mar.
