Great location

This was a lovely, adorable inn! The staff were friendly, kind, and cheerful. It was easy to find and park our car. It was perfect for our one night stay with a clean room, friendly and cozy community foyer with complimentary items such as a glass of wine, and other food. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I attended a concert at Janus and booked this hotel to stay over after the concert. The room was clean and cozy. The lobby area was lovely with continental breakfast and a happy hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we're in downtown St. Pete again, this would be our first choice of places to stay.

The Staff is warm and friendly. The room was cozy, very clean and super comfortable! Lots of historical charm and gorgeous antique furniture. I highly recommend The Inn on Third.

Property is in a great location with access to many museums and restaurants. Able to walk to everything which is great because parking is not free around the city

The Inn on Third is an amazing place to stay. Every time I travel to St. Petersburg, I stay here. The Inn is very clean and close (walking distance) to all restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment.
