Fab hotel. We stayed on the level and it was worth it! Beautiful hotel, comfy beds friendly staff

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, veel variatie bij het ontbijt, mooi uitzicht. Alleen was er geen afstandsbediening voor de tv.

Great hotel with two swimming pools and breakfast buffet and dinner. We were “level” guests and therefore enjoyed a free lounge access as well!

Lovely clean and fresh ocean-view suite, with very friendly staff in all areas. No problem getting a sunbed either. Would definitely go back — go and enjoy!

Friendly staff, and a beautiful spot.

Not for people who don't mind walking up hill or lots of stairs. Terrece room have the entertainment above until 11pm... felt like the bands were in my room. Also housekeeping store opposite our room, so early morning noise and chatter. We went for a quiet break, but didn't get it.

Clean room. Rituals products in bathroom. Room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Great ocean view. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool side menu limited food options.

Personal an der Rezeption furchtbar, 6 Personen stehen dahinter, keiner war in der Lage uns 2 Schlüsselkarten auszuhändigen nach 15 Uhr, wir kamen nach 14 Uhr, Zimmer nicht fertig, Pool grauenhaft, alle Oberflächen aus Betonrauhputz, Unterkunft ist das Geld nicht wert, von 5 Sternen weit entfernt. Man kann jedem nur raten, dort keinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades

Dit hotel is aan bijkomende vernieuwing toe (zwembad, verouderde silex tegels…) boek zeker geen halfboard want u kan hiermee enkel in het buffet restaurant terecht en niet in de a la carte restaurants. Hier is geen reductie voorzien indien u in half pension geboekt heeft. We hadden hieromtrent een discussie maar deze is professioneel afgehandeld door Morena, zaal verantwoordelijke van buffet restaurant. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn netjes.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr groß.

Fabulous hotel. Wonderful views. Staff were so courteous. Great selection of activities during the day. Pool big and deep enough for a proper swim. We would go back.

コンシェルジュの対応はとても良かったが、全体的に人員不足。フロント、ドアマンなどが一、二名しかおらず、年末年始の混雑シーズンということもあり、対応してもらうまでの待ち時間が長かった。食事は感動こそ無いが、満足のいくレベル。Wi-Fiの速度が10-12MBと遅く、要改善。
