Good location. Hotel room needs maintenance. Overall good value for money.

除房間沖涼的分格設計欠佳，沖涼的水會灑到外面外，這酒店大致不錯。

The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended.

Expedia展示是4星酒店，我想是位置的便利，地鐵路上地面就是了。 Check-in時候第一位職位編配了322房，是尾房，甫進已開心燈及冷氣，但房內有霉噏味，再進廁所發現燈膽掉了下來。我們再落reception查詢，碰巧是經理，他說這房從不開放。聽到已覺得奇怪，幸好後來安排了另一房間就好多了，唯房間插頭有爛，但總算不影響住宿。

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is good, only thing is the hotel is not very soundproofed and its neighbourhood is quite noisy at night

Great bedroom, plenty of space and mimi bar. Pool, whilst small, is great to cool off in after a day of site seeing. The pool is open 8am-8pm. Good variety of food at breakfast. Overall a good hotel in a great location, metro station outside. The rooftop pool is its stand out bonus.

Conveniently located next to L3 subway station (green line, Paral lel station) made it extremely easy to get around the city. Suggest you purchase a 2-, 3-, 4-day etc transit pass. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, especially with restaurant suggestions about Catalan dining. The only irritant was the noise level. Our room was located next to the ‘atrium’ opening. It’s an open space in the middle of hotel than runs from ground floor to top and covered. At first we thought it was loud pool activity but after visiting the 10th we realized it was something else. Complained to front desk who confirmed it was noise from another room. They took care of it but the noise continued in subsequent days. The atrium amplifies the noise and it echoes into the rooms surrounding the atrium.

The staff was excellent very helpful and location was amazing right outside metro line!

Excellent et bien situé

Nice breakfast and nice clean hotel. We had an aweful family with four different room at our floor that run in the corridor day and and night. The boys were screaming and playing ball in the corridor. Last night we were robbed 200 m from the hotel on our way back. Not a recommensed area to live in.

Quarto sensacional. A equipe de funcionários é excelente, bem como o café da manhã. Todos os funcionários do café são muto bons. Com destaque a um de nacionalidade grega que é muito prestativo, atencioso e cordial. Obrigado a todos.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the bed configuration. You should not have to request a queen bed when you purchase a double bed.Twin beds are certainly not the norm in Australia. We were disappointed when we ask for a room change and were told no .

Good hotel but the garage was extremely small and narrow and I also got a room without window
