Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view)

Toppen hotell med bra läge till Palma stad, bussar, stranden och alla restauranger.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht med tre restauranger – där Salty definitivt var den bästa. Läget nära stranden är ett stort plus. Frukosten var mycket bra med många alternativ, och poolområdet var trevligt med något svalare vatten än havet samt bra poolservice med drinkar och tilltugg. Det som drar ner helhetsintrycket var rummen, som var otroligt lyhörda. Första och andra natten kunde vi inte sova, och under natt nummer två gick vi till receptionen för att klaga. Tyvärr var bemötandet inte särskilt trevligt, även om vi sedan fick byta rum. Lobbyn kändes också lite omodern i sin design. Sammanfattningsvis: Bra hotell med fint läge och bra utbud, men ljudisoleringen och bemötandet i receptionen behöver förbättras.

Staff was so kind and helpful! Hotel is so pretty and location was great. The rooftop pool was wonderful! Unfortunately there was a power outage that affected the air conditioning for a day and that was less than ideal. Other than that, all was terrific.

The beachfront views were amazing! The dining options in the hotel were great. Finding parking was an issue.

Traumhotel. Eine Oase inmitten des Trubel an der Playa de Palma, hervorragender Service, sehr gutes F & B, erholsam, Rooftop Area mit Pool & Bar und traumhaften sunsets = outstanding! sehr gute Lage, Transfer zum Airport 10 min., mit dem Rad nach Palma 25 Minuten, Live Musik, großartiger Wellness Bereich, Erholung pur. wir kommen wieder.

I will give it 3 stars only because upon departing the hotel, my shoes were stolen and no one cared to do anything about it! It's all about feeling safe when you are away from home, and if the hotel can not provide this basic service, than this hotel is not worth going to! would NOT recommend to any of my friends or family!!!

Great location and service.

Very easy and close from the airport. Nice choices for breakfast and 3 restaurants for dinner (I went half board) very nice food and plenty. Beach is beautiful and just crossing the road from hotel, sandy and warm sea in June. People at reception were super nice. Busy around pool, small area, amazing roof top for drinks and relax.

Absolutely awesome hotel! Great beach-front location and friendly staff. Breakfast is included and they have a chef there making omelets which was awesome!

The location was great, right on the beach, and short walk to the public bus to ride into Palma central. Safe, active area, lots of restaurants and bars. Light shopping. You can walk to the party but don't have to hear it at night. My only complaint - the loungers on the beach right across from the hotel don't belong to the hotel and the club that owns them charges a fee. Not a lot, but I wish the hotel had warned us.
