I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. A beautiful and unusual hotel, very large, you can get lost in the corridors! Staff were friendly. The bar is only open in the evenings and only breakfast is available which is a shame as we would have loved to have eaten dinner there. Underground parking is available at 10€ a day. There are a few lovely restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable if a touch basic but if it is simply somewhere to lay your head, perfect.

Todo fue idea , a pesar de mis despistes y cientos de preguntas todos los trabajadores de hotel y en especial a los recepcionistas fueron excelentes un gran equipo y muy atentos. Te ayudan ayudar en todo, y con una sonrisa lo cual se agradece , el hotel es una preciosidad lo recomiendo 100% y espero volver pronto ! Gracias a todo el equipo !

Bedagat hotell som sett bättre dagar. Väldigt stort och svårt att hitta med många trappor och hissar. Rummet var ok. Sängen skön. Hittade ett underbart litet café en liten bit nerför gatan där vi åt frukost. Gångavstånd till restauranger och tågstation. Parkering under hotellet för 10 euro/natt.

Fue una bonita experiencia en un hotel con encanto, donde se puede sentir el espacio en un lugar de recogida como fue el monasterio, sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado en la provincia de Cádiz. Repetiremos

The hotel staff were very good. The room was clean and large. The internet connection was poor in our original room but the helpful staff moved us to another room which had a very good connection. The location was good and being a converted old monastery the hotel had lots of character although some things about our room and the hotel generally did seem a bit tired, We did find it disappointing that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room Also the coffee machines at breakfast produced rather strong bitter coffee but breakfast was generally good.

Personal super amable

Magnifique établissement. Extremement bien entretenu, de beaux objets, de grands espaces spacieux, un petit déjeuner somptueux et un service efficace et accueuillant. Bravo!

The rooms were exceptionally clean, however the hotel is quite data and does require some updating. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for our night in cadiz

Peaceful and elegant establishment. Just a lovely experience. The most complete hotel breakfast included. Most enjoyable stay.

Spectacular setting, couldn't fault it. Will definitely be looking to book again when we return to the area.
