Helpful staff, clean room

Room was cold.heating was not on..tried to call but they didn't answer..and also when we reach there he asked for security and we paid 100 pound and the next morning when we checkout the lady said we can't give you 100 pound straight away..we need to call bank about it.and it takes 4 to 5 working days..so i mention that yesterday no one informed us about that..and she also not responding property so overall its a bad experience.

Booked this hotel last minute, first room curtain hanging off window, bath disgusting ok they upgraded me to a second room where the curtains didn’t even cover the window! Never again

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean, quiet and warm.

Clean and tidy friendly staff

I recently stayed at this place and overall the experience was decent, but there were noticeable issues with the heaters. The room never really warmed up, even after adjusting the controls multiple times. It made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. This place has potential, but they definitely need to address the heating system before I’d consider returning.

Smells weird

The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff very pleasant, I would definitely use this hotel again if I’m in the area

Unable to find the hotel due to poor signposting, another guest joined me to help me find it. The receptionist did not answer for half an hour.

Lovely & clean. Deep bathtub. Easy check in. Comfy bed, spacious room. . Friendly staff

Room was small and cold. The bathroom was extremely dated and old with no variety of Tea selection. I wouldn't stay here again also as Breakfast was very expensive and more than what I would pay in London.

Hotel was nice BUT the hand rail going down to lower level was unsafe the mattress was to hard and the pillows were old and flat VERY UNCOMFORTABLE..room needs updating
