酒店位置良好，交通方便，前台態度友善而且未到預期check-in時間前台都容許提早安排房間，但整潔度欠佳：淋浴間污跡霉菌未有處理乾淨、已損壞的物品沒有妥善處理、兩間房間的床也有床蝨叮咬嚴重、清潔用品補給不足

Das Hotel kommt langsam in die Jahre, jedoch muss man erwähnen, dass es trotzdem sauber war, jeden Tag wurden Zimmer gereinigt. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück war überschaubar, jedoch hat es für uns gereicht. Vielen Dank auch an den Kellner Ferran, der uns jeden morgen sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt im Frühstücksraum empfangen hat. So startet man gerne in den Tag.

Good place

Convenient location, 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. We had to cut short our stay by one day because of family emergency and had to fly back to US. Manager refunded our one night stay. Muchos gracias.

Clean room. Housekeeper was nice and responsive. Front desks: some are very friendly but some are not. Breakfast was very good. I like the fresh juice and fruits. Great location; it’s about 10mins of walking to Sagrada Família and train station. There are many eating places near by

The hotel was good! And the staff are helpful the only thing I didn’t like are the pillows it’s not comfortable!!!

Hotel bueno, bien ubicado, cuando te bañas se sale el agua de la bañera porque no tiene sellado, aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso. Personal amable y especialmente quiero felicitar el mesero Ferran por su amabilidad y atención así como al equipo de cocina y restaurante .

Bien situé, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les matins, cher malgré tout pour ce que c'est même si c'est à Barcelone, vu sur les balcons des voisins à 5m de la fenêtre ne pas se tromper avec l'autre hotel portant le même nom.

Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were very small. Bathroom was clean but needed some renovation work(wallpaper peeling staining on ceiling) took quite a bit of time to get hot water in the shower but once there it was good. May not stay here again but for first time visitors is was ok. Location was good for the sights and restaurants.

Our stay was for 5 nights, got a room on the second floor, room 233. Noise level throughout our stay was minimum to none. They cleaned our room everyday but they did not clean behind the bathroom door. Everyday I would notice all the dust accumulating behind the door. They had a shower cap, a shaving kit, which included a shaving blade and shaving cream, had toothbrushes and toothpaste, makeup removing kit, and tissues. There was handsoap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. They would reload water in the fridge everyday. The breakfast was awesome. There was cereal, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, a variety of hams and cheeses, breads and croissants, different fresh juices, coffee, and pastries. The personnel at the breakfast buffet were very attentive and lovely. Everything was close by. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, close to restaurants and self-laundry services. The one complaint I have is that everytime we walked into our room there was a foul odor. Smelled like sanitary sewage. Once we turned on the air conditioning, it would dissipate, but almost always came back when we took showers. I would definitely stay here again, but in a different room where it doesn't smell like poop.

The room was clean and comfortable and the property was conveniently located. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room down and the shower did not drain well. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel but I think it is generous to refer to it as a 4* property.
