It was okay not spectacular a clean place to rest your head if visiting downtown Edmonton . The breakfast needs some improvement

Excellent gym that was well stocked with everything I needed for my morning workout routine. Love the upgraded showers in the room.

The bed was sunken in the middle in room 422. And parking was 45 a day.

The queen bed closest to the window has issues. It needs replacing. It was either the box spring or frame that was an issue. It wasn’t supporting the mattress. Totally lop sided bed and super uncomfortable. They need to replace the bed. Also got a wif of pee smell from that bed as well. We have stayed at this hotel before and it was good. They just need to fix these couple things and this room would be fine.

The room was nice, but parking is not included at all its priced at a very steep 45 bucks a night...

Unexpected fees, like $45 to park, wifi was $5 a day if you wanted to use it, there was 2 bottles of Aquafina water in the room but if you drank them it was $3 a bottle. A/C didn’t work that well and was loud when it kicked in, bed was also on the hard side. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Location and view

Overall the stay was good. The three star review is due to a couple of turn-offs upon our arrival. First, the woman who checked us in was unfriendly and physically swiped my credit card herself without telling me how much she was swiping for, I had to ask “how much did you just swipe my card for?”. She was also unfriendly and unhelpful to my husband the following morning when he went down pick up some Advil from their shop. Second, when we arrived in our room it stank of cigarette smoke. We didn’t ask for a room change because I didn’t want to deal with the front desk agent again. Aside from that our room was very big, we had a great view and everything was clean.

Customer service was very bad,

Cleanliness of the room was good .I am not pleased that I have to pay $45/night for valet parking and the staff does not have a customer service.Valet parking driver got upset when he has to drive my car in the front entrance because I forgot something in my car.The bed is very firm.There is no free breakfast considering you are paying a premium prize per day. I would not come back in here personally its my own opinion.

The check in staff were quite cold and unwelcoming. Even my guests noticed it. The room was large which was nice but there was a lot of dust in the room and the shower and bathroom were not well maintained and cleaned. Certainly not worth the price tag I paid for a nice hotel experience.

Stayed for a conference. Comfortable and convenient.

Great views

View was great, but you have to pay for parking (like $40) I wish I would’ve known that before booking. Because I probably wouldn’t have stayed there. Beautiful look out though.

Overpriced no breakfast for 324/ nite, could not give me corporate rate of 220 plus breakfast. Small room too expensive water 3/ bottle.

Hotel was dirty, rooms and lounge. The staff was not helpful and more interested in serving the cute young girls from the prom Nextdoor. Valet was rude to us and I witnessed him being rude to an elderly couple prior. We won’t be back.

Will definitely stay here again
