唯有電梯部分可加強, 早上清潔人員也會使用電梯, 而造成需要等比較久的時間, 地點及其他部分皆很優秀 櫃台/行李員都非常親切, 唯有住宿有碰到一天停電而須自行爬上5樓, 公共設施都有電力, 但是房間全黑, 但為不可抗力 早餐好吃, 只是碰到如果參展可能會人潮眾多, 需要自行調整時間

The room is big, clean and with good view. Hotel near the station, less than 5 mins walk from the station. It also close to sight seeing place as well. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very nice with excellent services.

It is fine but the room is a little bid old. Door man is not often on call

Errors throughout our stay. Staff seemed incompetent.

We stayed one night and wanted to see the history of the town. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre. Beautiful little town. We also found a great italian restaurant hidden away in the centre if the town.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

Zentral, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß im Bahnhof. Schönes Spa im 9. Stock mit fantastischem Ausblick. Prima Fitnessraum. Sehr gute Hotelbar und nette kleine Bar im 8.Stock. Essen und Getränke sehr prima. Beim Frühstück ist für 5 Sterne noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, wir haben in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Unser Zimmer, weg von der Eilgutstrasse, war sehr ruhig. Wir waren nicht das erste und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal da. Tip: Der Italiener gegenüber ist prima.
