We stayed here for just one night before our flight, and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated being able to send packages to the hotel knowing they would be kept secure. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless—exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The location was also convenient. It wasn’t far from the airport at all; in fact, our Uber ride to Target took longer than the ride to the airport! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever need a place to stay before a flight again, I’ll definitely choose it.

I still haven’t received my deposit and it’s been over a week since I checked out of the hotel. There was a man shouting on our floor who disturbed the guests and woke us up in the night. The staff weren’t friendly and didn’t ask how our stay was and the hotel shuttle took too long. I wouldn’t recommend.

Bathroom bath didn’t drain

In Newark, so I guess for Newark it’s a decent hotel. Rooms were dated but all good otherwise. The shuttle is nice

Was given a bedroom that was dirty, bed was unmade shower was brown. They switched the room after that and were very nice about it. This hotel needs a serious upgrade, carpets are falling apart, curtains have holes in them, and our shower didn’t properly drain. Not staffs fault, definitely corporates fault. Only the lobby and gym are nice.

internet charge of 36 dollars for 3 days was horrible because we didn’t know about registration. huge busy hotel with one elevator working. It came dow full every time we tried it. Again $36 internet charge should be refunded

This hotel needs major rooms Reno. Aged furniture and curtains. I ended up getting a different hotel.

First room we were given was dirty with blood stains on the bed sheets and hair in the bath tub. My wife and I had a dinner to go to so we didn't have time to ask for a new room, so I called the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned. Came back from dinner and nothing was done. Had to stop at the front desk, change rooms, grab our stuff and move to the new room. Won't be coming back.

No restaurant at the hotel or bar

Great pillows and comfortable bed. Nice Kevin Murphy products in bathroom. Room was last one at the farthest point from elevator and had a toilet that gently ran all night. Shower surround tired and diverter not working properly so wastes water. Reception was efficient and pleasant. Location to airport is good. Shuttle pick up from airport is far from baggage and difficult to find. It was packed. Took a Lyft instead.

Not pleasant staff. Also no restaurants or food anywhere close by. After 9 there is not even a room service for late arrivals
