Excellent facilities and helpful staff

We arrived an hour before check in and our room was ready which we appreciated. We were in a pet friendly room and it was super clean and spacious. The room was very quiet and the bed comfy. All the staff was so friendly and our pup loved the attention he got from the staff too. Loved the secure underground parking as well. Very good location as it’s central to walk to shops and restaurants.

Very beautiful hotel with the most stunning back drop. So many different things to do whether your looking to shop, relax, explore, golf, or for a thrill, there really is something for everyone!

Great stay

My family gets together in Sun Peaks on a regular base and we always go home rejuvenated and full of great experiences after our stay at the resort. We had another great experience this past few days staying in Sun Peaks, the staff was absolutely amazing and supportive with our requests for those little extras a family needs during a stay at the hotel. We are already looking forward to our next getaway in Sun Peaks.

Great place to stay for a few days. In summer the biking and hiking are great. The hotel is clean, with large rooms and great supportive staff. There is so much to see and do.

Liked: many amenities available and the location. Coffee was good. Nice to have robes. Disliked: no lobby coffee Getting water from bathroom sink for coffee in room.. Not told in advance that there is pay parking. Breakfast menu not available on line with prices. There were no rules of having a shower before entering the pool.

Great room, pool. Would be nice to have adult pool but… difficult. Elevator slow

Staffs are friendly, housekeeper comes daily and pool was nice

There was nothing we didn’t like about staying here. We were so impressed with the environment and will definitely be back to do more!

Loved the room and breakfast. Was wonderful to walk in the quiet community with our kids. Beautiful sights

Super Clean

Great place to stay in the centre of the village. Short walk to bars and restaurants though the hotel has a good bar and restaurant too, breakfast buffet was great. Bike rental in the hotel and super close to the lifts.

Slow elevators Paid parking

Staff was terrible. No one at the desk for check-in. Eyed up by the janitor for a half hour while playing in the arcade.. Had higher expectations but was let down. Been to multiple resorts in BC and the staff were by far the worst at this one. Over priced for the service provided. Building and room was nice..
