OMG, so I'm back at the Courtyard Marriott in Pudong and, like, the location is everything. This is my second time here and it’s still my fave. It’s literally right next to this massive department store, which is so convenient. Seriously, we didn't have to leave the area for anything because the mall has so many food places inside. There was always something new to try. The rooms are super comfy and the whole vibe is just perfect. For real, if you're looking for a place to stay that's central and has all the good stuff nearby, I 100% recommend this hotel. It’s just so easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the service to the cleanliness and overall comfort. One of the best parts is its unbeatable location. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to a major shopping mall, where you can enjoy a great variety of famous restaurants and stores. Highly recommended for both shoppers and food lovers!

Saya pesan kamar dan breakfast untuk 3 orang, sampai hotel, pihak hotel bilang pesanan kami hanya untuk 2 orang karena itu kami terpaksa membayar lagi untuk sarapan. Saya sudah hubungi cs dan memberikan bukti pembayaran sarapan ke CS dan sampai sekara dari april sampai med tidak ada penyelesaian, hanya disuruh tunggu terus dan dibilang bahwa pihak hotel telah memberikan sarapan untuk 3 orang. Saya termasuk pelanggan setia tetapi kalau ada masalah tidak ada penyelesaian. Sangat kecewa!
