wasn't to leased with the location of the room as it was on the second floor the furthest away from everything and directly across from the exit door on the second floor which was noisy when opened or closed.

A perfect fit for our night in Thunder Bay. Plenty of restaurants in the area to chose from.

Firt time booking here mainly due to a lower price then others in the area..very happy with the condition and cleanliness of this building. Would recommend staying here..also the breakfast area was very clean and the staff was excellent!! :)

The staff are phenomenal. They all seem to be friendly and actually happy to be at work. They stop and talk to you - not at you.

My stay was okay, the floors were extremely dirty and the ceilings also appeared very dirty.

Hotel was clean and felt safe, staff were very nice, and location was easy to get to from the airport. Decent continental breakfast but could use more protein options. Would stay again.

The night of my stay the front desk called at 11:30pm yelling I needed to leave because they do not accept Discover credit cards.

Decent clean hotel for an overnight on the road. Basic breakfast but checks the requirement. Lots of good food options around the hotel for dinner.

Our stay was ok. Nothing good or bad

The room was pleasant although a little small, comfy bed. Breakfast was adequate. There was no elevator and the stairs were worn out and not very well kept. Pricey compared to other properties we stayed at on our cross country trip, but low for that area.

Breakfast only had boiled eggs for protein. Compared to the cooked sausage and eggs we received from previous hotels. Another issue we had is that there was no trash can in the hotel room.

Breakfast was good. Room wasn’t the best. Definitely need some improvements. Room had some damp smell to it. There wasn’t enough ventilation. Bathroom fan was too loud and bathtub curtain smelled bad too. Cleanliness was 2 out of 10 for the room and we saw two big spiders as well in the room during our stay.

I was simply impressed with this hotel . Excellent location; walking distance to a lot of different shopping stores and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and I love how they always kept water ; coffee and tea available at the lobby for free.
