Me gustó todo limpio, ordenado y el personal muy atento

Rooms were clean, modern, breakfast is nice ant the staff is wonderfull. Especially Natalia who made sure we had everything we wanted during breakfast.

Great amenities and nearby local shops and restaurants. Service, and breakfast were okay. The room were spacious and modern but not as clean.

Es un hotel maravilloso y el personal es extraordinario, si no quieres comer en el hotel tienes lugares a solo varios pasos . Recomendado 100% si vas para esa area.

Staff was not welcoming. They questioned my guest several times about what room they belonged to. I felt ostracized because this was not the same for people of other race. My room was never cleaned my entire stay, I had to request it the day before my departure. Visited Costa Rica before but this visit did not feel pleasant.
