This is the worst hotel you could get in Venice. Be prepared to check into the rooftop bedroom, of which hundred of mosquitoes would be flying around and disturbing you over night. Oh btw, no air con is available and there’s a lot of stairs. I booked two nights but sadly none of the night was free of mosquitoes. It was simply a NIGHTMARE.

I booked two nights of this hotel, but hotel took me another building in the first night, and the building is beside the dark and narrow street, that is not acceptable, but the hotel was full that night, I didn't have choice at all. Then I requested to change back to hotel another night. The overall experience is not good.

Price range too high based on condition of property.

Es un Hotel a un paso de San Marcos, limpio. Por decir algo, poca variedad en el desayuno. Todos los días lo mismo.

O atendimento é péssimo, o check-in foi horrível, o atendente estava de má vontade, atendendo todo mundo com desprezo. Tinha que perguntar 2 ou 3 vezes para conseguir uma resposta. E para piorar ainda cobrou uma taxa para criança de 1 ano, que pela regra é isenta. Reclamamos para o hoteis.com e estamos aguardando providências com relação a esta cobrança. O quarto estava muito quente, o aquecimento não permitia regular a temperatura e reduzir um pouco, então tivemos que manter as janelas semi abertas durante a noite, para poder equilibrar o calor interno, porém entraram pernilongos, então as estadias não foram muito legais. Em suma, infelizmente fomos mal recebidos no hotel e tivemos uma experiência frustrante.

Internet was ok. Check in says 2PM but we weren’t able to check in until after 4PM and they site luggage service online but that includes leaving your luggage in the hallway open to everyone walking by. Staff did not greet us until we spoke to them.

They should have kettle for tea and coffee.

No es muy limpio el cuarto. Los cubrecamas, muy usados, el desayuno escatimoso y justo. El personal excelente.

Chambre très petite (8m2) pas possible faire le tour du lit,sombre et mal disposée.La télévision était au dessus de la tête de lit, la qualité de réception médiocre.Salle de bain correcte.Petit déjeuner mal achalandé.

Good location but bedrooms are run down. Good option of you’re on a budget.

Stanza sporca, piena di zanzare, non abbiamo dormito tutta notte e abbiamo ucciso 25 zanzare. Alla doccia mancava la porta centrale rendendo impossibile fare la doccia. La sala colazione, piccola puzzava di fogna. Globalmente hotel vecchio e sporco, assolutamente eccessivo il prezzo.

Oda temizdi. Ancak odamdaki klima arızalıydı. Diğer arkadaşların odalarındaki klimalar çalışıyordu. Sorunu belirttim. Diğer otele götürmeyi teklif ettiler ancak 4 kişilik oda yok dediler. Ben de kabul etmedim. Kendim upraşırken az da olsa çalıştırmayı başardın. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Alan biraz dar ancak kahvaltı yenilebilir ieylerle iyiydi. Çok merkrzi konumda. San marco meydanına 5dk bile depil.

The room is big, I went to the reception, didn’t tell me the WiFi, I had go to different building as the room not beside reception, very confused. The last day stay, no one told us the reception not open, we have to walk to different hotel for breakfast, didn’t have note on the reception door for let us know. Very luck when I was waiting outside the reception for breakfast one of the customer told me we have to go to different hotel I don’t even know where I had to return my room key.

Zimmer war kalt bei ankommen, zu klein, kein Waserkocher, Frühstück eingeschränkte Auswahl aber dafür sehr gute Cafe, Personal nett

Habitación minúscula nada que ver con las fotografías Baño apuntalado con piquetas Desayuno malísimo y si sales antes no puedes tomar ni un café ósea desayuno perdido

Propreté ok. Literie ok. La situation de l’hotel idéale

Quartos limpos, escuros mas recém reformados então estava tudo bem certinho. Atendimento ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom.

We had a terrible experience there. Very bad smell from the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and no response from the reception desk about our concerns. Won't go back there at all.
