这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。

住處有隔板將床跟沙發隔開，冷氣在沙發那邊，吹了整晚，床還是很熱......浴室排水孔還阻塞了，四周蠻熱鬧的，睡覺有點吵。但早餐還不錯。

Resepsjonisten når vi ankom hotellet var svært lite hjelpsom. Dette gjalt feks spørsmål om hvordan man kom seg til P huset. Det opplevdes lite tilfredsstillende og var i skarp kontrast til vennligheten vi møtte i resepsjonen ved avreise.

Beautiful hotel perfectly located in the old town. Clean rooms, a balcony with mountain view, and rooftop spa with spectacular views. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff!

The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay.

Super tolle Unterkunft mitten in Innsbruck

Die Lage war super. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten in der Altstadt. Leider war der Service überhaupt nicht gut. Nicht spontan und auch nicht multitaskingfähig. Beim Frühstück gibt es kein Wasser aber Sekt. Auch auf Nachfrage beim Kellner gab es kein Wasser. Lediglich Leitungswasser was in einem 5 Liter Fass welches am buffet rumsteht. Also muss man zur Rezeption und sich ein Wasser für 3€ kaufen. Parken 17€ kein Rabatt obwohl Hotel abgebunden ist. Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Das schlimmste war die Lautstärke. Bis nachts um 2 war draußen was los. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und den Preisen, hätten wir deutlich mehr erwarte.

Ein tolles unkompliziertes Hotel mit toller Bar, Frühstücksbuffet perfekt.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Wurde allerdings nach Reklamation sofort nachgeholt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Gutes Hotel, Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar.

Brilliant hotel. Really close to the old town and near to the stations. Smart part of town with the park behind too. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are excellent, very impressed. Breakfast great with lots on offer. Will be back I'm sure!

Our family had a great stay! We loved the central location, size of the rooms, the pool, the breakfast buffet, and the free access to the gym next door. We would love to stay again someday.
