We are so excited that this hotel is so beautiful and stuff is very nice, we got the welcome gift—-the chocolates, gorgeous furnitures, bathroom space is enough, Christmas decor is in everywhere, it’s delightful and nice place. We’d love to come again.

Restaurant and bar were closed for a special event, hotel is very dated, especially given how high the rates are, gym is very small, overall just ok.

Overpriced not worth the price I'll give it 3 stars

Although I only travelled from the upper West Side of NYC, our stay at the Hotel transformed us into a completely different environment. The service was exquisite. The property on the harbor was beautiful. I look forward to a reason to revisit.Gary Shapiro

Staff is always fantastic especially front desk and leacale restaurant. Easy to walk to Greenwich avenue fifcfing shopping and access to I 95 right there yet property is quiet. Wish parking situation was easier as it can get quite full and patrons don’t always park straight. Guest parking should always be enforced.

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff!

Excellent hotel. Two suggestions: the gum needs a recumbent bike; also more air conditioning-too warm. Replace the Illy coffee machines-often do not work.

Amazing classy quiet and clean

The room was superb overlooking the marina area. Posh sheets, towels, robes. Great minibar and snacks. The bar in the hotel was bustling and just the right size. It also was open late to have a night cap after returning to the hotel. Great location too.

Considering the price of this hotel and claims of having undergone recent (major) renovations, I didn’t expect that the “view” from the room would be of their overflowing garbage dumpsters. But it’s a nice enough hotel, the staff were very obliging, and the food was very good. It’s a great venue for events.

Room was not great. Wheel chair assisted which we did not request. Balcony weeded over. Grubby.

I guess it is the hotel closest to downtown Greenwich, but not a good walk and the rooms look like they are straight out of Trump Tower in the 1980s
