I selected this hotel to enjoy an outdoor swimming pool. Upon arrival the water was green, water level down and closed off. I understand issues arise, therefore this should always be noted during the reservation process. Dissapointed

The front area & room smelled.

Front desk personnel was extremely rude and unfriendly when I first arrived. We were charged a different pet fee than what is stated in the book once we went to our room. I had asked for a room close to the pool as my daughter wanted to swim. When we were getting ready for the pool we realized the pool is pad locked and water if covered in green algae. Upon confronting front desk about our concerns (pet fee discrepancies and pool closed) clerk said the pool has been closed for a week-( but algae growth and water level is showing different) She also mentioned they had raised the pet fee 6months ago and nothing she could do and continued with a call, completely cutting us off. Its frustrating that both expedia and their website state a pool as an amenities however we are unable to use. The front clerk needs better customer service and manners.

For the price we payed it was a good hotel! I do think they do need fix some things to make it even cozier. Also I recommend that that they have more options for breakfast, overall good stay.

I reserved this place for it's location to my grandson's baseball game and the fact it had a pool and breakfast. Walking in i was impressed with the hotels condition and the lobby had a lovely smell. Then we went to our room. It smelled bad and there was what i assumed was a dehumidifier. When you walked on the floor it made popping sounds as if it was buckled from being wet. Then i went to take my granddaughter to the pool and it was closed for maintenance. And would be closed for about a week. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I tried talking to the front desk staff later that night and asked for the manager to contact me. That was on Friday and today is Tuesday and I've not spoken with anyone.

It was fine. Nothing exceptional but the gentleman who checked me in was nice. The price was good for what I needed it for.

Stinks like mold and mildew the second you walk into the room.

Nice and convenient. Remodeled and quiet setting. Very clean

The room was extremely humid. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. The ceiling fan in the shower was extremely loud. Shower door didn't stay closed. The housekeeping group were great. We've used this hotel on more than one occasion over the years and it appears the room(s) are getting worse. May use your services in the future but not for this hotel.

The hotel itself was okay, but there is NO elevator! We arrived late, completely exhausted from our travels, just me and three kids, and had to heft all the heavy luggage up the stairs! It was awful. It needs to be better communicated on the website that there is no elevator. For some people, this could have been an even worse situation than it was for me.

Very convenient to dining/entertainment where we went to eat and listen to music. Two minute drive there from hotel. Friendly staff.

Breakfast bar menu..no eggs.

The hotel was super clean and smelled wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable. We had the three beds room and there was plenty of room for four of us and a baby. The breakfast room and lobby was also super clean and there was quite a few hot options on the breakfast bar. The only complaint I have is the outdoor pool was a putrid green so we weren’t able to utilize the pool, very disappointing as this was the main reason we chose this particular hotel.

Overall, a nice quiet property. If in the area again, would probably stay again.
