Nice stay on a long trip

Very comfortable one night stay for my family as we traveled. Only complaint was no bottle water provided but staff and service and breakfast were great!

Property was in good location, near plenty of restaurants and near the HWY. Enjoyed our stay.

It was good. The hotel is a little older, but they definitely did things to have a little upgrades. Ask for extra towels and toilet paper.

We had issues with the bathroom.

I slept very well and the walk in shower was amazing. I wished the indoor heater was working but the hot tub felt great. The only problem was the lack of signage from the main roads. I felt lost getting to the hotel.

The room was clean , quiet and had lots of room. Didn’t expect to have a full kitchen, that was an unexpected surprise! Bed was comfortable, ac was great! Checkin and checkout was fast. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable, told me about breakfast times and the deposit that would be needed and when it possibly would be back in my account . Happy trip!!!

Reservation got messed up which I am partial to blame due to not checking behind but it ended up costing me a lot more per night to get the problem corrected. The evening manager was like it’s not her problem so she very flat about. The keycards for the rooms had to be re issued 3 times because they were getting turned off. Met several people at breakfast who stated they they lived in the hotel which was not expected for a holiday inn. Several subjects eating breakfast that was either barefoot or in socks with pjs.
