Comfortable and near to the bay area

Being rated a 2 star motel I was not expecting it ti be a great as it was. The staff was great. The riim was clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The tiwels were bright and soft and absorbant. The grounds of the property was lovely. I spent alot of time sitting outside and the areas were all well-maintained. I always choose to not have housekeeping clean my toom during a stay, but they were all very friendly when I would see them. Staff at front desk was also nice. It seems to be underrated in my opinion. Ive stayed in "fancier" hotels and I have to say that this was just as good and in some cases way better than the options i have chosen in the past. I was visiting my son and did not rent a car. It was a close walk to so many things to do while waiting. Its a great location. A big Thank You to everybody there. The stay was wonderful.

The room was super clean. and the materials used for the wall decor and furnishings were of very good quality. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Heating and cooling unit worked well. The spacious frig was cold. It was a pleasing experience. I will definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made an excellent recommendation for dinner. The room was clean, but carpet in the room was stained and the room smelled a bit of damp. Overall, it was good value for money. Would likely stay here if visiting Poulsbo again.

Wondeful staff and beautiful lady at the front desk

Shower had no hot water. Front desk told me that I needed to fiddle with the tub handle to get it hot. This did not work. I let them know I would like to switch rooms so I could have a hot shower. They moved me to another’s room that…did not have hot water. The water would get like warm at best.

Love this cute property with a woodsy, vintage feel! Office staff great, clean rooms.

Nice little property. Nothing fancy but clean and in good repair. A little snug/tight by todays standards. We had a first floor room which suited us fine except the child or children above us was very active coupled with a lack of noise deadening compromised the stay and sleep. Continental breakfast was a bagel and coffee.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Pet friendly.

The Poulsbo Inn goes beyond to make things nice for visitors but the towels and linens are old and very worn. They offer chocolate chip cookies on check in, have in room coffee and bagels and coffee in the morning. All for a very reasonable price. Just wish the towels were thicker and that they would get rid of those old bedspreads.

Easy access

My room was in the front building right by the busy road. I asked if I could have a quieter room and they said they were full, but the "vacancy" sign was lit up all day and night. The first night I didn't get any sleep because the alarm on someone's car parked by the road kept going off. The refrigerator was very tiny and the shelf and bars on the door were missing. It barely got cold, and I had to throw out some food I had. I travel a lot and this was the worst refrigerator out of any hotel room I've ever been in. Breakfast was a variety of fresh bagels and toppings, and coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or juice. The room that it was in was nice.

I like this property because it is clean and well kept. It's location next to a busy road and car wash, though, made for a restless night of sleep due to the noise.

Great

Everything was pretty nice except for the hot tub was like a 8’ bathtub and the water was warm at best. I’m not sure if it was because of the lid being off from the family of small kids that were playing in it the hot tub almost the whole time we were trying to relax in the hot tub.

A short one night stay. Older place, but very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Well priced and location, though my end of complex was next to a busy car wash. AC performed well. Bagels and coffee for AM was a nice treat.

Everyone was beyond kind, friendly and helpful. Felt like family, the side of the family you love. Love that they employ the intellectually handicap. They were above and beyond.
