原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！

Changed to another hotel. As a female traveling alone, I was put on the first floor and couldn’t move to another room. It smelled so bad and I didn’t feel safe so I left and booked another hotel. I tried to ask for a refund but was denied.

They charge an additional 100.00 for the room on another card then won’t return it for 5 business days. Man at the counter was short and not very likable.

The front desk are extremely rude, would not recommend to anybody

Stayed three nights while visiting friends. the room had holes it the walls that looked like bullet holes. horrible patch work on other holes and cockroaches everywhere. When I reported the cockroaches to the front desk the guy working got an attitude and said no one else has complained. Acted like I was lying about it. not professional at all and only made the mediocre stay that much worse.

Amazing scenery lovely breeze from the main road and of course breakfast with yogurt.

Convenient for me as i just needed a one night stay, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The bathtub drain had hair stuck in it, clogging the drain.

The room was as I expected. Bed sheets clean, and bathroom. The entrance to the hotel and the lobby should be improved; also the elevator.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. But the back entrance door was broken and anyone could just walk in. When it was brought to the attention of the staff we were told they knew about. Also the comment was added that at "least the lock on your room door works."

Overall it was a decent stay aside from a giant cockroach scurrying across the wall. It has been two weeks and I still haven’t received my $100 deposit back.

Room door had gaps, a dirty towel, and I killed two roaches in the bath room.
