The location is perfect and the front office lady is very helpful. The room is spacious, but on the next day of my stay, housekeeping didn't clean up my room and there was no complimentary water. When I asked for the water, the front office guy was rude and said complimentary water is only served for the first day of stay.

Since we wanted to stay as near the intercity station as possible, we chose this hotel which is located in the same complex as Barcelona Sants station. The hotel is very modern with futuristic ambiance and even got two Video Games that you could play for free in the lobby. There were many places to eat in the surrounding area and easy to go around with many Metro stations nearby. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Barcelona.

No problem with the room, only staff vert slow work, check in need around 30min, no wonder long queue because the staff work very slow, and when check in they said I havent pay the room, and I until three times they check, OK the room has been paid 🤦🏻‍ ♀ check out process the same thing they said in haven't paid for the city tax, luckily you still keep the receipt, and I need to go to airport, so it is really wasting my time, because I have to ho up to my room to get the receipt that I left inside the room, very bad experience.

Check in too long around 30min, water coffee tea only available on the first night of your stay, image if you stay 7 nights? Weird.

it's the best, best location, best facilities. easy to grab any transportation, easy to get food or even to grab souvenirs shop :) and reasonably price. one of the hotel that provide water kettle and compliment coffee-tea at your room
