Great location, near bus station, a supermarket opposite the hotel，room is small but enough for 2 person, swin poor is good, excellent breakfast, free yogurt .

Excellent stay at Kalsiti Hotel and Suites. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager was always available on site. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay lovely welcoming staff especially Khan on the pool bar and restaurant couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel is in a great location near to busses shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good .Our room was very comfortable and clean would definitely stay again

O hotel é enorme, a área externa é excelente, as piscinas maravilhosas, perfeito para relaxar, a equipe simpática e atensiosa. Nosso quarto tinha sacada voltada para as piscinas, a cama maravilhosa, roupa de cama premium, único defeito foi o banheiro, a área de banho não tinha box, o que fazia com que molhasse tudo, acredito que seja costume da ilha. O café da manhã era muito bom, cheio de opções e a equipe sempre repondo os alimentos. A localização é ótima, 2 quadras da estação de ônibus de Fira, o que facilita se você vai usar o transporte público - ônibus tipo de viagem, fácil para andar a pé no centrinho. Na frente tem um mercado grande, com muitas opções. A moça que nos recepcionou nos explicou como funciona a ilha com um mapa, o que tem mais de interessante em cada área e nos deu uma lista com os horários dos ônibus públicos, além de fazer um tour pela estrutura do hotel. Super recomendo a estadia!

Great location, breakfast was fantastic, staff was very helpful. Only issue was that internet was choppy. Overall had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Fira.

Away form Caldera. Not much to do

Had an issue out of the hotels control, the manager done he’s best to help us and compensated us with a great boat trip and airport transfer. Perfect location very nice hotel. Did think the drinks were overpriced though.

Food is soooo good and clean!! The hotel is very clean inside and outside the rooms! The staff are so friendly and they gave us great recommendations about where to go! Owner of the hotel Kostas is very welcoming he welcomed us at the stairs.

We liked it very much at the Kalisti hotel. Pool and surroundings were very good. Unfortunately, the pool bar closed very early in the evening. But very clean, the staff was also good.
