The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.

This hotel is about 5 minutes from the Victoria station. The front desk is very friendly and hart-warming to welcome my visit. The room is very clean and comfortable, although is very small. I understand it is not very easy to find a hotel with a very spacious room in London. The breakfast is lovely and the service is great. During the last night of my stay, the light of my room was completely out during the night. I still recommend this hotel for next visit.

Windermere hotel is a good hotel. Near the Victoria Station with a short cut, you just walk 5 minutes arrived hotel. Staff friendly and breadfast are good. But the room found dusty, need to improve. Overall accepted.

以為會離火車站和公車站很遠，實際走後，其實很快。要去想去的景點，走一小段路就可以到地鐵、公車站。 飯店的服務人員非常親切，早餐也很好吃，讓人有回到家的感覺，非常舒服。 我們住雙床房，光單人床就很大，跟孩子誰在同一床上也不覺得擁擠。 飯店附近也很安靜，不會影響睡眠品質。

服務態度一流, 家庭式住宿非常出色, 安排很好, 有同理心!

3 nuits passées dans cette hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix, propre et très bien situé! Chambre seule un peu petite mais franchement si ce n’es que ça .. Par contre 1 point négatif le manque d’isolation être les chambres, j’entendais en bruit de fond le voisin d’à côté et le parquet de la chambre au dessus craquait assez fort. Mais rien ne m’a empêcher de dormir

Very good family owned hotel near the Victoria Station

It’s small hotel in a great location, staff is exceptional. Room was on the smaller side but was sufficient. They offer excellent breakfast. Despite being a few minutes from Victoria station, it’s still quiet in the evenings. Many restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to many London attractions or hop in the train. The owners and staff are all very lovely hands in people.

Staff of hotel was excellent! Terrific breakfast was included and customer service by Abdul and owners was way above par.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are quaint yet spacious. The staff is friendly and they serve a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we return to London.
