Spacious, clean and well kept property. Lots of free parking and close to ttc transit

Perfect night stay

The A/C was old and you could either have the room freezing or it wouldn’t work. I like the white noise of the A/C at night so without it, I could hear the loud people in the halls, the security come during one night because of it. The bathroom has little space to store toiletries and the shower fan didn’t work. The facility pool was the smallest we’d ever seen, first time my kids avoid the pool ever.

Parking felt safe and easy and the room was very clean.

Provide free breakfast

Nice comfortable room. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast! The Hockey teams and the noise is an issue. Every hotel I stay at in the area has this same problem for guests like me who would like to relax in the evenings without listening to doors slamming, kids running and screaming down the hallways. Security did take care of the issue once I was in my room (after I called).

It would have been better to know that there was a young hockey tournament staying at Hotel which was very noisy and I wish we were moved to a more quieter floor.

Room was spacious and everything was very clean, lots of towels and pillows. Thankfully they had some tioletries at feont desk too cause airplane in toronto lost my luggage.
