The hotel staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast buffet is a highlight. Location is really good for sightseeing, would recommend.

The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. The staff are nice and welcoming. The air conditioning is great. There is a continental breakfast with many different options. Would definitely recommend!

Ambiente tranquilo, cama muy confortable, atención muy buena. Lo único a mejorar, que la alcachofa de la ducha se queda torcida en la pared, y hay que ducharse como se puede, o sujetarla con una mano, mientras te estás duchando. Y al caer todo el agua en la mampara, se sale para fuera y el suelo del baño se queda encharcado.

Everything organize and clean. Very nice area and walking distance to everything .

This really is more of a hostel than a hotel. I reserved a regular room only to discover that the mini fridge in the room didn't work and there was no tea kettle. To get those 2 basic things I had to pay for an upgrade! The rooms are functional but stripped down. It was what I would expect getting a room in a hostel.

The reception staff were very helpful and the room was clean and fresh everyday. It a a great and convenient location the hub of Jerez nightlife

El aire acondicionado no funciono en ningún momento, y el hotel no hizo nada. Para solucionar la situación. El grupo eran 5 habitaciones todos la Misma situacion

What I like the most was the hostesses at the front desk, always very supportive and kind, excellent! What I liked the least was the air conditioning, didn't work well, also our stay was during the fair, at night when people arrived to their rooms is was quite noisy and annoying for all of us, who were sleeping and resting.

bonjour, hotel pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes pour un 4 étoiles. demande à être rafraîchi. il vaut 3 étoiles et pas plus. la literie pas très confortable, pas de sur matelas, matelas assez dur. salle petit déjeuner très bruyante, il manque des panneaux acoustiques au plafond. par contre buffet petit déjeuner très bien et personnel très agréable. Evidemment la situation de l'hôtel est très bien mais demande quelques améliorations. prix TRES EXAGERE pour la période de féria (multiplié par 3 ou 4)

The info you have seen is very misleading. This is an extremely dated property. My wife described it as "the prison". She was so unhappy we had to move to another property even though I lost all my money on the reservation. If you like hotels from the 90s with no renovation you will be happy. There are better alternatives at this price point. I'm very unhappy that Expedia allows this to be marketed as a premium property.

Was a great property and location was great. To park you had to go all the way around the building behind the hotel and hit a button to open it. Food buffet was good.

Excelente Hotel, en un punto medular para poder disfrutar del gran premio de Jerez y todas sus atracciones.

✓plugs next to bed ✓bathroom ✓internet I'm sure I booked with a room view but reservation had been processed as no road view (so had to upgrade for €4 which as perfectly fine). Also had come through as twin in stead of double - which is NOT OK but was fixed by hotel. Parking - it should be noted that parking is NOT in the public parking 15 meters in front of hotel but actually somewhere behind. In the end I just left the car in public and paid more. It should be stated much much more clearly that it is not a public discounted parking but somewhere else. No pool or gym, but very central location

Lo único bueno ubicación y habitación grande. El resto una pena. Cortinas que no cortan de la luz exterior, Ventanas que dejar pasar el aire del exterior así como los ruidos de la calle Puerta igual
