Room we were given head a leaking ceiling. Took over 45 mins for anyone to check it out as they did nit believe us. Employee took off shoe and sock to confirm if floor was wet and we had to ask to move rooms.

Love my stay and the hotel was clean

Great hotel... The area around the hotel was ok, but the wooded area behind the hotel creeped me out a little... its dark back there at night...

The AC system was very inconsistent. Room was mostly humid, layout of room was bad as well. The AC vent was pointed directly at the pull out couch, and the bathroom was right at the side of the bed, so if the light needed to come on during the night to use the bathroom it was blinding. The only ice machine in the hotel didnt work. The gym had 1 treadmill. And no cleansing wipes. The room was quiet and bed comfy. Pull out couch very small, difficult for a family of 4 to stay in this room. Pool was nice.

Shopping is a walk away, food is next door, staff was great. Room was what i asked for.

There were ants all of the room and the staff did nothing to deal with it.

There is an employee there that likes to go into your account and swipe your card when she wants too. Sam should not to be allowed to swipe your card until date of checkout.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! So comfortable I decided to extend my stay by an additional day. Loved the kitchen amenities. The front desk clerks were all accommodating and friendly.

it was very clean. Staff ws very nice. Pillows was just too soft and bed was too low. its needs an upgrade in the rooms.

I arrived earlier than expected and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to check-in, but that wasn’t a problem. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was very well equipped. I like the way the room was situated so the bed had its own space. In the area there’s a lot to do and a bunch of eateries.
