Loved this stay. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Shower had the best water pressure. Nice rooms surround the pool and hot tub.

Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff. The room needed a safe, and the main pool was on the colder side. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower.

Great staff. Guy at front desk saw we came in with a boy who wanted to swim and he let us have an extra 20 minutes in the pool because we came in right at the wire. Beds were clean and comfy and the sheets were cotton and not gross/non breathable polyester that certain hotels are using. . Open the window and breathe in the mountain air.

It was a clean and spacious room. Check in and free breakfast were great. Good location and view. It's a bit bizarre to have a poool and hot tub in the middle of the court yard- with wet floors but seems to be well maintained. The blinds to the 'balcony' when not working, is not easy to fix as it's between glass but between me and the staff we fixed it, and he offered another room if we didn't. I also decided to go out on the balcony to see what people can see, as I was on the main floor, and suprise they can see in IF the blinds are folded a certain way! So make sure to check and fix that. Otherwise everything was great. Also could use some outlets/usb/charger opportunities in a more convenient location. These are small and work around-able things though!

We have travelled extensively, and this is one of the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. I stayed there 27 years ago and the upkeep has been amazing. It’s hard to tell that the hotel is not super new.

Hot breakfast with full service! Bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, granola, fruit, and toast. A nice treat before a long day cycling. Quiet and clean, comfortable beds, bikes can be stored in the room. Exceptional mountain views. One of my favourite hotels!

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the hot breakfast was tepid due to our late arrival but still filling.

We were happy about this very welcoming place, where we enjoyed the room setting with its warm but modern wood furniture with a luxury bathroom and an extra sink in the little kitchenette area. Our dog was welcomed by the staff too . The pool and hot tub were excellent for relaxation in the atrium setting.

The pool area was so well stocked with comfortable chairs, sofas and cushions. The pools were very clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly and the breakfast was a full brunch, which also was excellent. A very nice place to stay in Fernie.

I stayed here with my dog, we were put in a room directly next to the pool/lobby entrance and it was unfortunately very loud. There are odd windows in the room that look out onto the lobby, they have weird window coverings that are not completely blackout or covered, so i did not feel comfortable while trying to sleep here alone as a female. I had to sign the pet agreement, which is completely understandable. When I asked to clarify a few of the “requirements” I was met with staff being incredibly rude and dismissive and at one point a staff member told me “it’s not that deep. Just sign it”. I was clarifying the rule “we will not follow a do not disturb sign when you have a pet. We can access your room whenever we want”, I asked if they would ask for permission prior to? Or why this was needed. The front desk worker was not able to answer that question. The other thing I tried to clarify was- “pets are not allowed on the furniture” I asked if that included the bed, because that is why I booked a pet friendly room, the worker was not sure, and couldn’t clarify what this meant. Another staff member came up to the desk and she repeatedly rolled her eyes at me when I was asking these questions, then proceeded to make the comment about it “not being that deep”. I stated that the $100 fine feels deep to me, and I am just asking for clarification. They could not provide me any. The girls that helped me in the morning were lovely though. I wouldn’t stay here again. Expensive.

Decent location and met all of our needs. It looks like it could have been a beautiful hotel when it was built. It’s been maintained alright, but it’s just an older hotel.
