I loved the place I’ve stayed there number of times now but now all the rooms have been renovated all brand new very new updated very pretty decor I loved it and it will be my go to place when I stay in London again

I visit this place often, I’ve never seen and killed as many roaches / centipedes / ants in a room / especially one of the new rooms in this place before my most recent visit. I spoke to front desk about it and they said they’d go and spray my room - I believe they did since they cleaned the washroom as well but in doing so I had to take care of more bugs coming from the cracks in baseboards, they need to fill in the cracks.

Very clean room and nicely renovated. Was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to others.

The room was extremely clean. The tv was not easy to figure out, the bed mattress was extremely hard and not enough pillows

The bathroom seemed recently renovated and was really nice, the air conditioning worked really well, no serious complaints, you do get what you pay for though.

Deaf accessible issues like fire alarm with no flashlight,

Beds are rock hard, rooms are ant and beetle infested. AC works good, that’s about the only good part about my stay

Room was clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. A/C worked well. If anything, the TV cable selection was poor. Other than that, great place to stay for a great price.

The toilet itself in unit 123 (??) is oriented to face the sink, leaving minimal legroom for a large person. It could easily be rotated 90-degrees counter clockwise because there is plenty of space in the bathroom beside the toilet.

It's cheap

Nice one night stay. Bright, spacious, newly renovated rooms. Clean. Takes about 5 minutes for hot water, but good water pressure once it starts. Small table and chairs, new mini fridge and microwave were nice to store leftovers. Comfortable beds and pillows (just ugly quilts :), AC worked well. No deadbolt and no hair dryer but they will bring you one upon request. Helpful, friendly staff. Close to lots of food / shopping (Argyle mall with winners, LCBO, McDonald's , Wendy's, A&W, Eastside Mario's). Would definitely stay again. First impression: scary, sketchy, but changed once we saw the room!!
