The team at this hotel sets the gold standard for hospitality! From the moment we walked in, we felt like a VIP. Especially the front desk agent, Alexa. She was absolutely incredible and welcoming. She took her time with us. And when she learned that we were there for family reunion, she surprised us with delicious treats. We’d definitely go back whenever we visit Niagara Falls because of Alexa. Thanks Alexa!!!

We have stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints! Rooms are well appointed, property is well maintained and dining options are great.

When there was a possibility of rain, the staff gave us umbrellas to use!

the hotel feels dated. The room was CAD$450 with taxes and fees, yet the in room AC unit was loud and the pipes in the shower rattled like crazy. the sports restaurant is not good and quite expensive. Sadly, this used to be a nice property 12 years ago. now, it was not worth the money

When we first got in our room it was absolutely frigid. Like a freezer. It took a few hours to thaw. Then we were fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and bigger than I expected. We had dinner at Play restaurant both the service and food were great. Highly recommend White Oaks.
