Horrible washroom size, it's too small. Closing the door is very difficult. Breakfast was very basic.

La TV de la habitación no funcionó nunca aún cuando llamé pero jamás vinieron a ver el problema. En el baño había salidero al piso. El desayuno entre semana es prácticamente nulo. A veces no tienen ni agua. Solo el fin de semana ofertan huevos y bacon.

The price was very reasonable. The staff was very nice. The room was a little worn, but Clean where it mattered the beds were comfortable. Fairly close to Niagara Falls, which is why we were here.

Room was clean and ready. Quiet at night despite having a lot of guests. Can’t say enough how kind and competent the staff were!!! Approachable, professional and highly service oriented.

Struttura comoda per chi arriva in auto. Soddisfacente anche la colazione, check in velocissimo. La pecca piu grande la puzza di fumo nelle camere . La sensazione é quella di un motel

It was Cheap and convenient, pool was heated and clean and breakfast was good.

Everything was dirty, the tv did not work and the woman at the front desk was rude. We left after they failed to fix the tv or give us another room, so we were only there about an hour

Location was very convenient to get to Niagara Falls. There is a free bus shuttle. Some of the desk staff were unhelpful in providing information. They just didn't have answers to basic questions relating to local area. Breakfast selection was basic but good. The man in charge was very helpful and happy to please. Unfortunately, breakfast area was so small you had to wait 20 minutes on line to get to use the waffle device. They didn't have a printer so couldn't print the boarding passes. Room was simple but nice and clean.

It’s an old place.

This is not even a 1 star anything. First we got a room that was full of stoking smell although they say all their rooms are non smoking. Then we got another room whoch was fine in terms of smell, but the bathroom is way too small and the AC has the sound of a motor running in the room we couldn't sleep at all. It was a bad experience!

We arrived at the hotel, and the night shift lady was not helpful; it took her a long time to bring the rolling bed, which she left outside our room. Upon entering the room, we wiped down the surfaces and found that it hadn't been cleaned beforehand. On the other hand, the day shift ladies were sweet and helpful. The breakfast was average and needed more variety, with changes every other day instead of the same options daily. The grounds were not well-maintained; we saw a dirty pad near the kids' playground, and the trash wasn't collected or cleaned.

All good. The TV was not working with the WI-Fi. That was That was the only thing that bothered me.
