All good lovely and friendly staff easy access nothing to complain about highly recommend

Lovely grounds

Staff on reception and housekeeping were great. They were able to get us early check in, offered to help with bags etc to the room. It was a busy day/evening as we were there for a wedding, however most of the time just one person serving at the bar and not friendly. We had 2 rooms, one was a little tired/needed updating. The second was better. On a hot sunny day both rooms were very very hot! I was on second floor/dorma style rooms and the corridor had a damp/foisty smell. Plenty of parking. Grounds of hotel are lovely.

The breakfast was okay, unfortuately the bacon was as tough as old boots, unedable, it obviously had been under the hot lamps far to long, no beans or black pudding available. The lift door was very slow to open obviously in need of maintenance, Mirrors in the room smeary, the ensuite dirty and in need of upgrading, shower over bath needs replacing, the shower head needs replacing or cleaning, the controls were hard to operate very stiff, the wash basin tap old and stiff, the WC was dirty inclding the floor area. Other than that the staff were great and very friendly, welcoming, the service perfect and our evening meal amazing

Breakfast okay, staff very friendly and welcoming.Good bar with selection of drinks. Toilet in my room could do with more scrubbing. Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a full English and rooms where nice and warm during the cold weather outside.

Reception staff were excellent it the guys doing breakfast are all ready to retire!

The room isn’t very clean with Spider webs

Welcoming staff, clean rooms and beautiful grounds.

We've been staying about once a year at this hotel for quite a while now. The staff are really great and the spacious Garden Lodge bedroom is a very good size with a super king bed which is pretty comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The room facilities are pretty good too. The downsides are the need for bedroom/bathroom refurbishments and their breakfasts which we no longer have. It's an expensive (£24 pp) buffet style breakfast only so not cooked to order and their offerings are a bit limited and not very tasty for this type of 4 star hotel. We are happy to continue staying there but only in the garden lodge rooms as the water pressure in the main hotel rooms is very poor.

Rooms are well appointed with a warm feeling in each room.

Nice overnight stay for work. Lovely hotel but could do with a bit of a revamp, but for the price it’s great.

Everything was good.i would like to stay in this hotel again.very satisfied with everything.

Slight issue with bathroom when we checked In but they were quick to move us to an upgraded room. A problem is not a problem when it’s dealt with quickly and efficiently

Parking easy, staff friendly and helpful, room very comfortable, mattress will need replacing soon. A very pleasant stay.

Everything good, except shower - room 55. Very complicated, impossible to set to hand held showerhead only, without water dripping from overhead shower!
