Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice.

This hotel is in a good location, but furniture in the room needed replacing and bathroom dark not helped by a light bulb being out and had a bad smell the first day and night. The receptionist who showed us to the room did not know anything about the room facilities. We where not informed prior to arriving that you had to pre-book beds on the beach and initially told there were none available until they realised we had book lunch there!! Would not recommend.

Great location and value for money , rooms spacious

I feel like there needs to be better communication within the staff within the hotel itself. When I checked in, someone’s stuff was already in my room, and they just assumed that they belonged with me, even though I stated there was only one person which was myself for the room. They still kept asking and almost put myself in the room with the other person stuff. I felt like it was obviously not very well organized. Not sure how within a hotel they can’t confirm that and just assume I’m staying with someone else and allowed someone to be in my room and I confirm three or four times that I did not know the name of the person and I was staying by myself.

Hotel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion is a fantastic upscale hotel situated in a perfect location within 5 minutes of the Cannes train station AND le Croisette beach. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful especially the concierge (sorry I did not get his name) who gave us very useful information about what to do in Cannes and even beach towels to use on our visit to the public beach. It was a pretty pricey hotel, maybe partly due to the film festival going on but worth splurging for a special occasion.

Clean Room, with a great space including the balcony. Amenities were amazing in both the room and property. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Location was incredibly convenient.

Great hotel, good location. Bedroom beautiful.Very clean. Breakfasts superb. Also food at their restaurant- Madamosielle Gray d’Albion on the beach excellent.

Le personnel est charmant, vous demande régulièrement comment vous allez. Les chambres sont très bien, même si nous aurions aimé une petite tablette plus grande dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires. Enfin le bar de l’hôtel est vraiment très cosy. Leur cocktails sont délicieux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’atelier de mixologie. C’est un autre plus. Dommage qu’il n’y avait plus de créneau disponible pour le diagnostic de peau.
