Good experience with this hotel

When we go to Salmon Arm we stay at the Comfort Inn. We tried staying at another well know hotel chain and it was down right gross. The place was so dirty and there was only once person on staff who registered people, cleaned the rooms and there was suppose to be a complementary breakfast but there was nothing, coffee if you were lucky. What was really annoying they charged more for pets and the room. Never again!! Comfort Inn and Suites for us always.

Included buffet breakfast was good and room was very clean. Hotel lobby is dated but well kept. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice place, a little far from the downtown core so not especially walkable and I had booked specifically for the pool and hot tub area which was out of service so that was disappointing, but staff were nice, place is clean, room was spacious and bed is comfortable and they have a good breakfast.

I met up with my son and his family and we all agreed that it was one of the cleanest hotels we had stayed in. My grandchildren had a great time in the pool! The breakfast was delicious!

Stayed here 2 times and each time has been awesome. Good price, good staff, decent free breakfast, pool is awesome for kids (not big but still decent with a slide). Good area as well.

Other than the toilet wanting to be a little temperamental ( which we didn’t mind) the two nights were as always great, comfortable beds. Great a/c and great location… bug ( our 3 year old puppy) loved it too

The lady who booked us in was pleasant and informative. The room was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of variety, we like to stay where they provide a hot breakfast rather than continental, and it did not disappoint.

We stayed here twice on our trip and it was wonderful. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and the property was great. The property is a little dated (our second night beds were a little saggy and the first night nothing charged on the USB outlets) and it doesn’t have bells and whistles, but the amenities were wonderful, everything was clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was really good! We’d stay again.
