这是我第二次入住这家酒店，上一次还在2018年，让我体验最好的是充裕的免费停车位还有随时可以办理入住的贴心服务（两次都是在上午就办理了入住），不用拎着箱子到处走。房租的设施有些陈旧，屋里比较潮，但酒店有一处历史遗迹，可以抵消所有不足。

位居高處，要有腳力走

I can’t believe it is a 4 star hotel, the facility is aged, the wall turns yellow. If you need any assistance, you cannot find any staff in your building and the phone never go through. What makes it worse is there is a night club right next to the hotel and loud music plays from 10 pm until 3.30am. What a nightmare! This is the worst experience in my entire 30 years travelling time.

Pasamos una noche en el Gran Hotel Jaime este fin de semana y nuestra estancia nos ha dejado sentimientos encontrados. Por un lado, el hotel es espectacular: tanto su ubicación como sus instalaciones son impecables y muy cuidadas; es un lugar que realmente te invita a volver. Sin embargo, el servicio de recepción durante el check-in y el check-out nos resultó bastante frío y falto de información. En ningún momento se nos detallaron los servicios ni las comodidades del hotel, algo que echamos en falta, ya que nos hubiera gustado aprovechar más nuestra estancia. Quiero destacar positivamente a un miembro del personal —creo que del equipo de limpieza—, que hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos a conseguir un café; su actitud fue excepcional y es el tipo de atención al cliente que un hotel de esta categoría debería tener en todos sus departamentos. A pesar de la falta de calidez y proactividad en recepción, el hotel nos ha gustado tanto que decidiremos darle una segunda oportunidad. Esperamos que en nuestra próxima visita el servicio esté a la altura de la calidad de sus instalaciones.

Positivo: Había parking gratuito Negativo: Había mascotas, esto puede ser genial para algunos, pero si tenéis alergia a los perros tenerlo en cuenta. La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable y el sitio precioso, no utilicé los servicios de comedor ni de spa así que no puedo opinar sobre ellos.

The hotel is very close to train station. The only problem is the hike as it is located on a hill. There is no other way but to walk along the driveway to and from hotel

I stayed for 1 night just to get to the airport. From local train station, it´s a steep 25min walk uphill, under the sun, with your luggage. Water is provided in the lobby, but no complementary water in the room nor coffee/tea. I was not told about the vending machine downstairs for drinks and snacks - I only saw it on my way to breakfast. Breakfast was good. Room is clean and spacious. Bed a little cranky and pillows soft. Nothing to do there. The beach was advertised to be "8mins walk" away. Maybe if you run down the hill, you can make it in 8mins, but certainly not back up the road in that time. Airport was easy to get to by taxi in about 15mins. Joao in reception was super helpful -give him a promotion!

Very nice breakfast with a variety of options

The property is within walking distance of the beach. Even more important - it is within walking distance of the train station. We were able to catch the train to Barcelona for the day. The property and staff are wonderful. Great place to stay in a great location with easy access to Barcelona.

Como siempre es una buena opción en invierno ya que en verano los precios suben mucho, buenas vistas y cómodo si vas en coche.

We liked the breakfast fresh. The view great and the place was clean and restaurant with descent prices. I liked the fitness center but didn’t like that wasn’t open 24… Thanks
