这次住在Welcome酒店，整体比较满意。中间还有一个小插曲，当时在房间里正准备休息，突然广播里传来一阵阵德语播报的内容，当第二遍用英语的时候，再听到要立刻离开这座酒店，立马穿上裤子，拎上包就跑到楼下。发现大堂已经站满了人，然后不一会外面就驶来了多辆警车，7~8辆消防车。 最后是有惊无险地的处理了一个小事故。我觉得酒店在紧急情况下的组织能力是不错的。

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Hat uns super gefallen. Zimmer modern und gemütlich mit Teppich. Eingangsbereich modern und gepflegt. Restaurant, wo auch Frühstück erhältlich ist, sehr schön mit tollem Design und Aussenterrasse. Top auch die Tiefgarage mit eigenem Hotelzugang im hinteren Bereich. Nur das Laden mit pauschal 20€ ist nicht optimal, insbesondere mit Hybrid. Vlt wird das Konzept nochmal durchdacht ;-) Die Lage ist klasse, einmal über die Strasse (Fußgängerbrücke) und schon in der Innenstadt.

the breakfast was not special. There was a lot of noise a group of children ran early in the mornings at 7:00 and then at night until 01:00 in the corridor and screamed and made a lot of anarchy. I spoke to the staff at the reception one morning and complained but he was inconsiderate and replied that the rules in Germany are between 22:00 and 06:00 people can move freely and I replied in their homes but not in the hotels where you pay for your stay to have peace and quiet. and later during the night at 01:00 when it was so noisy I spoke to another person at the reception who was more understanding and he followed up with me and spoke to the person in charge of the children.As for the blankets they were so small that it barely fits for small children we were almost uncovered during the nights and you could not get heat from the elements which was bad. unfortunately the service was worse now than before.

Fijne hotel heel schoon en vriendelijke personeel

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eher kühl und schlicht, nicht so einladend. Aber für eine Übernachtung ok. Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet und waren sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer großzügig dimensioniert und sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Hotel direkt an mehrspuriger Hauptstraße, Umfeld beängstigend, Hotel sehr alt. Im Zimmer kaum Licht. Frühstück okay. Leider nur nach Anruf im Nachgang Rechnungszusendung per E-Mail.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good although of the two days I had breakfast I was only asked once for my room number to confirm I'd paid for it. I could have had it for free on the first day. I liked the option of getting a voucher at the bar if I opted not to have my room cleaned. About a 10 min walk to the university and about 15 mins from the station so a good location for me. I would certainly return here when visiting Essen again.

Alles prima behalve de lange dame die in de avond tijdens het inchecken aan de balie stond. Dit is gemeld bij de receptie.
