This was deceitful with the images on Expedia it was allllll great until actually checking in the room the door knob was not locking up! They were truly up to something I feel, as a female and being in MX city and a foreigner! I originally arrived alone at check in and they thought I was alone, until my family members from Mexico escorted me to my room, they can tell when your not from there ! THE WORST! My plan was to have a smooth check in and leave immediately to my dad’s viewing ! They had me CANCEL my stay I didn’t trust this place anymore once I saw all the shady stuff…and had to do all this extra non-sense stuff and take away my time to be beside my dad during his viewing and cremation time, had to CANCEL go back and turn in the key and then go back the next day after management was informed and get my refund !!!

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el estacionamiento es amplio.

Las habitaciones están bien en términos generales, le hace falta un mantenimiento mayor.

El personal es atento, la habitación limpia, creo que las botellas de agua son muy pequeñas y no hay una cafetera en la habitación
