離公車站及地鐵站近，要前往老城區方便。家庭房空間大，方便兩大行李箱打開大。早餐豐富好吃，有西班牙油條和烘蛋。附近有大型商場及超市，步行幾分鐘即可到達。

The airport bus station , bus station to center and metros are all in the corner. There’s also one shopping mall and department store with big supermarket nearby. The carpet inside the room is with some stain which is not clean.

Suitable distance from the railway station. Good location for shopping, dining and old town area. Service is suitable for the expectation and level of Novotel Hotels.

最不理想係床單唔整潔

這間旅館離兩個火車站皆屬步行可到，旅館下面就有幾家咖啡店，對面小巷有洗衣店和超市，到舊城區可利用地鐵，算是很方便

객실이 깨끗하고 모든 직원분들이 친절해요. 세비야 산타후스타역에서 도보 15분 정도이고 대성당 쪽 주요 관광지역으로 가는 버스와 트램이 잘 되어 있어서 환승 없이 10분 이내로 이용했어요. 다음에 세비야 여행을 온다면 또 이용하려고요!

This is not a 4 star hotel 3 at most! The location is far from the main attractions but close to a shopping mall which is convinient. The hotel rooms arr old and dated. The bathrooms have mould. The air conditioning is old style and didnt really cool the room. The kettle was so old the plastic had melted. There were only 3 lifts so in a morning there was a 5 mins wait for a lift. The pool is seasonal so even though it was 30 degrees out the pool was shut.

Fantastic choice of breakfast menu and well-organised by staff. Location was ideal, within easy reach of airport, walking distance from main station and cheap, reliable metro service into city centre and main sights. Friendly staff but sometimes long waits for service for evening meals at busy times. Spacious, comfortable rooms, but beds might need renewing.

Personal muy cordial y muy buenas instalaciones

Very average for Novotel. I expected much more. The air conditioning did not work properly we always woke up sweating. There was only one side of the room that had sockets for charging. Breakfast was fine, and also good parking facility. To be honest for the price you pay I would expect more. Would avoid staying again if I could.

The hotel was very nice, staff helpful and close for a nice walk or easy subway ride to the old town.

I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well maintained the room was. Everything felt tidy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Zimmer war sauber, Bett sehr bequem, der zimmerservice war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich.das Hotel liegt zentral und neben einem Einkaufszentrum in einer belebten Gegend, sehr nahe an öffentlichen Verkehrmittel. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und empfehlen diese Hotel sehr.

Tv colocada desproporcional às camas. Deficiente sistema iluminação nos quartos. Demora na disponibilidade de elevadores.
