Very good!

The hotel is great! Very close to the bell centre and easy walking distance to old Montreal. Staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. Only issue we had was super low water pressure in our shower that couldn’t be fixed. Other then that we will be staying here again next time

Overall stay was very good. Only critiques would be that the temp in the room kept dropping. It was 19°c when I first checked in, so I bumped it up to 22.5°c. Took a while for it to get there, and over night the temp dropped back down to 20°c. I was there for 5 nights with a friend and it did it every time. Another thing is the drain in our shower would not drain fast enough, so mid shower you would have to turn the water off and wait for the water to drain a bit, otherwise you would be standing in a pool of dirty water, suds and hair. It would also fill up quite fast since the water pressure was soo strong, which would be a great thing, if the drain weren’t clogged. Amenities were great and lots of attractions nearby to walk to. Very close to the Centre Bell, which was my main reason to book here. Lobby was very pretty, the gym open 24/7 was very nice as well. We had called once and requested for plates and cutlery for our room, it took over 30mins for them to deliver it, so not quite speedy on service. Although they did fulfill our request for a microwave which was very much appreciated. Overall great place, but unless they manage to fix the shower drain problem, might contemplate staying here again.

Room was well maintained; staff were very helpful and respectful; a very good experience!

Room and bathroom was clean. Quite a large room overall with hardwood/laminate flooring. I was on an upper floor with a great view of a park and with large windows there was lots of light. Excellent blackout blinds and quite soundproof. Location was walkable to many restaurants and pubs. Insane shower head with lots of jets and high pressure but option to adjust. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in Montreal!

Check in was beyond accommodating, and we were able to have an early check on arrival and a later check out on departure to accommodate our flight times, so appreciated!

I loved this hotel. The hotel is modern, spotless and the room was large and I loved the walk in closet dressing room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The location was fantastic, convenient to shopping, McGill and Bell Center. I had a late evening meal in the restaurant and it was also terrific. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
