I was pleasantly surprised and impressed given some reviews I’ve read (ie complaints). Modest but very clean, and excellent customer service. Ultra easy access to/from the Rogers stadium, and the Downsview Park TTC subway stop. Stress-free concert arrangement. I’ll book again for future Rogers stadium concerts.

Our room was clean, no issues with our stay. The staff were all pleasant, the parking was great. The breakfast was always topped up, she was on top of that when it was getting low. Will definitely stay again for our next concert.

Perfect spot if going to the Roger’s Stadium

The Rogers Stadium is the best thing going for this location. There was a someone else’s sock and a piece of cereal on the floor upon entering the room. The bed was comfortable enough and the loudness of the AC unit ensured we were not able to hear any hall noise. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was as basic as a continental breakfast can be.

There was a kitchenette, but I had to sign a formed stating there would be no cooking. The fridge is a basic hotel

Location was perfect for a concert at Roger’s Stadium but the hotel is dated, chairs were dirty, microwave was nasty, bed was creaky, there’s not enough lighting in the rooms or hallways, no full mirror. Staff was just ok Definitely one star hotel, not worth the 300+ we had to pay 👎

Couldn't lower the temperature in the room to where i wanted it (A/C not working optimally?), everything else was just fine!

Breakfast included til 10am no more milk in the container for cereal. No more coffee. No more orange juice. The only juice left was hot not cold. No more bagel the second day. The yogourt was deposited in a bowl on the counter with no ice and it was hot. The counter was very dirty. Only one employee came about 25 minutes later because we had to ask at the reception counter. The table to est were not cleaned up after. I will never go back and I will never recommand someone.

The staff we dealt with were great but unable to resolve our issue. Simple decaf coffee request fot our room could not be fulfilled because protect inavailable. Again no decaf at breakfast, not a problem for us but should be offered. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfy, we appreciated that but the hotel is showing its age, needs to be freshened up/updated. Ours was a one night stay so okay

Old and beaten up property

1. There isn’t proper signage for the property. 2. The hotel’s receptionist threw the phone on the desk after she answered it. She was rude when I asked her any direction for the building. 3. The receptionist was poorly informed of the local public transit. There is no public parking for that particular subway parking lot. 4. Elevator was old and not working very well; the down button on my floor was not working. Had to use the up button. 5. Coffee pot in room leaked all over the place. 6. Bedroom TV wouldn’t stay on the selected channel. 8. Silverfish (insects) were live and on the floors 9. Breakfast was to be ready for 7 and it wasn’t out until 7:20. 10. NO LOCKED DOOR AT THE STREET/ PARKING LEVEL. Security and Guest safety an issue. Door was not controlled.

Good staff big parking rooms size are good desolated after 8 pm

I picked it based on location as it was only 2 stops from York (purpose of the trip) and the Downsview station was only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. They upgraded my room and let me charge my EV. Free continental breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Hotel and staff were amazing. It was a wonderful stay.
